While the overall value and ability to work with the staff was great in the venue once I got my ticket and was in the standing area, the whole experience was absolutely horrific. Between having to tell a small group od girls if they would not stop pushing, elbowing, and trying to crush me, we would have a "good and old fashioned problem and solution to it" they stopped. I was smacked in the head at least 4 times with a camera by people with massive things of equipment, and overall, kept getting so tightly packed together pulling my water bottle out was impossible leading to dehydration and nearly passing out 3 times. I do try to look at the benefits of seeing my favorite bands, but overall, Korean concert/award show attitude has to change if Kpop is to keep growing and beinf consumed by foreigners flying in and putting themselves at risk without this knowledge.

The private van to Incheon airport was great! The driver was right on time and he was a great driver and super friendly. The bus was very comfortable. I can’t recommend this service enough!

The driver John Hong, is very friendly and accommodating, esp with the two senior ladiesin the group. He is very fluent in Enlgish and is able to make arrangements for us on the fly. We went to a strawberry farm on our way to Sokcho, which was delightful as it's not in the season we were told. John also drives carefully and knows his location well to give us recommendation eg where to get ginseng in Seoul. Would give him the Thumbs Up!

Well organized and wonderful performances

Nami Island was a bit of a disappointment after the splendour n glorious colours of the Garden of Morning Calm.Altho the island is green n curated with line conifers n some flowering plant it’s just another park one goes to walk n relax but not quite a tourist attraction.
