[ Medium Van: Maximum 6 Passengers ]
( 4 pieces of large luggage (28 inches) with 6 passengers can be accommodated comfortably,
or 7 pieces of regular luggage (20 inches) with 6 passengers can be accommodated comfortably. )
*Note: If your group has more than 4 large suitcases, please book a Large Van to ensure all items fit safely.
[ Large Van: Maximum 12 Passengers ]
( Large Van: 8 pieces of large luggage (28 inches) with 12 passengers can be accommodated comfortably,
or 13 pieces of regular luggage (20 inches) with 12 passengers can be accommodated comfortably. )
*Note: To maintain high-quality service and passenger comfort, we recommend 8 large suitcases with 8 passengers.
Luggage Policy and Important Notice

If your luggage exceeds the “Recommended” capacity (for example, more than 8 large bags for a Large Van), you MUST contact our team at info@koreatraveleasy.com before booking to confirm if it can be accommodated.
[ Standard versus Special Luggage ]
- Standard: This refers to 24 to 28-inch suitcases. Please note that 32-inch bags count as 1.5 standard bags.
- Special: This includes golf bags, strollers, or sports equipment. Please provide the exact dimensions via email.
⚠️ Please be advised that no refunds or alternative vehicles will be provided on the day of the service if your luggage exceeds the capacity without prior notice.

[ General Information ]
- Service Zones: The standard rate covers Zone A (Haeundae, Seomyeon, Busan Station, Nampo-dong, and Songjeong Beach). If your destination is within Zone B (Gijang, Ananti Cove, or the Osiria area), please ensure you select the correct option during booking.
- Outside Busan: For destinations completely outside of the Busan City area (such as Gyeongju, Changwon, or Yangsan), please contact our team in advance for a customized price quote.
- Night Service: For transfers scheduled between 22:00 and 05:00, please ensure you have selected the "Night Service" option to avoid booking issues.
- Booking Details: Please double-check that your pickup time, number of passengers, and flight number are all correct on your booking confirmation.
- Recommended Pickup Time: Depending on your location within Busan, we recommend scheduling your transfer to Gimhae International Airport 2.5 to 3 hours before your flight departure time.
[ Airport Pickup Service ]
- Flight Monitoring: Your driver will monitor your live flight status via the Gimhae International Airport system to ensure a timely pickup, even if there are slight delays.
- Meeting Point: After landing and collecting your luggage, please proceed to the arrival hall (after customs). Your driver will be waiting at the arrival gate holding a "KoreaTravelEasy" sign or a sign with your name on it.
- Delayed Arrival: If immigration, baggage claim, or any unexpected issues take longer than usual, please notify the driver or our team immediately so we can coordinate your pickup.
- Grace Period: Please note that extended waiting beyond the 60-minute grace period after your flight lands may incur additional charges.
👉 From central Busan (such as Seomyeon or Haeundae), the transfer to Gimhae International Airport usually takes 40 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Please plan your pickup time accordingly.
[ Luggage Policy ]
- Large Luggage Definition: Refers to a typical 32-inch suitcase. (Approximate dimensions: Height 76 centimeters, Length 51 centimeters, Width 30 centimeters). Please note that actual sizes may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer.
- Standard Luggage: Refers to 24 to 28-inch suitcases. Please be aware that one 32-inch suitcase is counted as 1.5 standard bags in terms of vehicle capacity.
- Special Luggage: This includes items such as golf bags, strollers, foldable bicycles, or sports equipment.
- You must email info@koreatraveleasy.com with the type and measurements of your luggage before booking.
- Without prior notice, if the vehicle cannot accommodate these items, refunds or compensation will not be provided on the day of the service.
- Capacity Recommendation: To ensure a comfortable ride, please ensure the vehicle can fit all passengers and luggage. If your group has more than 4 large suitcases for 6 people, a Large Van is highly recommended.
[ Additional Notes ]
- Private Accommodations: For Airbnb or similar private stays, please ensure your check-in is arranged in advance. Drivers cannot assist with host communication or check-in procedures.
- Safety Policy: For safety reasons, each adult and child must occupy their own seat. Small children cannot be held in laps during the transfer.
- Child Car Seats: If you require a child car seat, please contact us in advance. Additional charges apply, and we will confirm availability before your booking is finalized.
- Driver Language: Our standard drivers speak very basic English for essential coordination. If you require more detailed communication, please select the "Fluent English-Speaking Driver" add-on during booking.
- Eligibility: This program is strictly for non-Korean passport holders only.
