How to check if eSIM can be installed on your phone
1) Check with ‘Add eSIM’ in Settings.
For iPhone, check [Settings – Cellular – ‘Add eSIM’]
For Android, check [Settings – Connections – SIM Manager – ‘Add eSIM’].
2) If you enter *#06# in the basic phone app and the eSIM IMEI or EID starting with ’89…’ appears, eSIM can be installed and used on your phone.

  • The devices that support eSIM keep changing so always MAKE SURE your very own device supports eSIM and is country locked-off.
  • The service lasts on a 24 hours based period from the time the eSIM QR code is activated on the customer's mobile phone
    (For example, if you active a 3Day eSIM on Monday 11:15 am, it will be active until Thursday 11:15 am (24 hrs x 3 = 72 hrs)
  • NO REFUND POLICY after purchase. After sending the QR Code Refund is not possible.

How to book

You will instantly receive the order receipt by email. The confirmation voucher will be sent to you within 2 business days of booking, subject to availability. If you have not received it yet, please check your SPAM email or MY ACCOUNT on our website.

Reminders

  • The scanning period of the eSIM QR code is 180 days after purchase, after this period, the eSIM QR code cannot be scanned.
  • You cannot get a refund once you get the eSIM QR code.
  • You can use unlimited data at a speed of 20Mbps.
  • You can not receive voice calls and text messages and make outgoing calls or send SMS text messages.
  • Once an eSIM is registered, it cannot be changed or transferred to another device, and if accidentally deleted, it cannot be restored even if it is still within the validity period.
  • If you encounter any issues with your eSIM, please contact SKT customer service immediately; if you delete the eSIM yourself, it will be considered negligence on the part of the customer, and will not offer any refund or will not resend a new QR.
  • A single device cannot use two eSIMs simultaneously; if you wish to use a new eSIM after the first one is exhausted, you must delete the original eSIM plan before you can use the new one.

    I used the 3day eSIM, very easy to activate and use. If you are in Korea it works from the moment you scan the QR code for 3×24 hours, ending on the same hour you made the scan on the 3rd day.

    Worked perfectly! I activated the QR code before departing to Korea, and the validity triggered only from the moment the eSIM connected to the SK provider once I landed in Seoul (5PM Seoul time, 22nd August). The validity then counts from that moment on for 10x 24 hours, so the SIM only disconnected on the same hour 10 days later (5PM Seoul time, 1st September). Worked perfectly during all my stay.
