How to check if eSIM can be installed on your phone

1) Check with ‘Add eSIM’ in Settings.

For iPhone, check [Settings – Cellular – ‘Add eSIM’]

For Android, check [Settings – Connections – SIM Manager – ‘Add eSIM’].

2) If you enter *#06# in the basic phone app and the eSIM IMEI or EID starting with ’89…’ appears, eSIM can be installed and used on your phone.

SKT Passport Information Verification Steps

1. Korean Custom Check and entered South Korea
2: Install the eSIM on your phone by scanning the QR code on the voucher
3: Check SKT & data usage after arriving in Korea
4: Enter the passport information verification page (https://www.skroaming.com/passport/)
5: Enter the mobile phone number and rental contract number on the voucher
6: Enter your passport information (i.e., last name, first name, passport number, date of birth, nationality)

**If the authenticity of the passport information cannot be verified, please remove any special characters and spaces from the name and enter it again.
**If you wish to verify passport information outside the available hours online, please proceed with the verification process at the airport roaming centre.
**Except for 1-day services, all other duration options can process the verification of passport info.

1. Outgoing voice calls & SMS text is additional paid service
2. Enter the voice charging page (https://skroaming.com/reservation/charging)
3. Enter the rental agreement number and eSIM(Phone number) shown on your QR page (we directly send to the customer via confirmation voucher)

**Outgoing additional paid service can ONLY be charged AFTER the verification of the passport info.
**Except for 1-day services, all other duration options can process the verification of passport info.
