How to book

After login, fill in each option; add items to the cart on the right. You can add multiple items in your cart and pay in one payment. We accept all major international credit cards and Paypal
You will instantly receive the order receipt by email. The confirmation voucher will be sent to you within 2 business days of booking, subject to availability. If you have not received it yet, please check your SPAM email or MY ACCOUNT on our website.
Enjoy your activity When redeeming your activity, print out or show the confirmation voucher email from your mobile device.

 

Reminders

    • The itinerary is subject to change depending on weather conditions.
    • All ages are applicable at the same price.
    • Personal Color is only for age 8 or above, and Personal Fit is only for Females aged 18 or above
    • Same-day booking is not available (a minimum of 3-day in advance booking is required)
    • Reservations can be closed early.
    • When the reservation is closed, we will send you an email request to change it, so please check it.
    • If the reservation change is not adjusted, the reservation may be cancelled
    • A personal colour expert and an interpreter, two staff members, conduct the class.
    • Please arrive 10 minutes before the consultation.
      (Consultation time will be deducted for late arrivals after the scheduled time)
    • Video and audio recordings are not allowed  (Pre-consent is required for video recording purposes)
    • Photography is allowed, and able to shoot short videos within 10 minutes.
    • Personal Color Consultation: It is recommended to come with minimal makeup, and please bring your makeup pouch. (Eye makeup remover and cleansing water will be provided)
    • Personal Fit Consulting(Only Female): Please prepare tight-fitting clothing for both the top and bottom. For the bottom, please have long pants such as leggings or training pants ready.
      As part of the consulting program, there is an online shopping coaching session, so please add the items you are interested into your wishlist. (Fitting room provided)

Cancellation Policy

    • 100% refund: 10 business days (by 17:00 pm KST) before the selected date
    • No refund: After 17:00 pm KST 10 business days before the selected date or No show
      *To request a reschedule, please contact us 10 business days (by 17:00 pm KST) before the selected date. And only One-time reservation change is possible.
