* Please note that there are only limited tickets for every show to KoreaTravelEasy and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served based on the order date and time of KoreaTravelEasy (KTE) website. We will email you to confirm when you successfully get the ticket. 

* Regarding entry orders, on-site staff will check attendance and distribute ticket queue numbers at the start of the walking tour( confirm the order of entry ), so unless there is a flight issue or an unavoidable circumstance, attendance at the tour is required. 
* If you are unable to attend the tour due to flight issues or unavoidable circumstances, please inform us by email at least 5 business days before.
* KoreaTravelEasy are not responsible for any disadvantages caused OR results in receiving a ticket number for the back rows if you do not inform us about the absences beforehand OR do not attend the walking tour.

  • Due to the artists’ schedules or adjustments by SBS, changes and cancellations can even occur at the last minute on the recording day.

*SBS Inkigayo might be canceled by SBS(결방); if so, we will process the full refund immediately.
*Due to the large number of partners working with SBS, SBS Inkigayo entry order for ALL audiences on the day of the performance (including but not limited to various travel agencies) will be arranged on-site by the staff on the day of the event.
* Regarding entry orders, on-site staff will check attendance and distribute ticket queue numbers at the start of the walking tour( confirm the order of entry ), so unless there is a flight issue or an unavoidable circumstance, attendance at the tour is required.
* If you are unable to attend the tour due to flight issues or unavoidable circumstances, please inform us by email at least 5 business days before.

* Refund requests for obtaining a later entry sequence number due to absence from the walking tour WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  • Customers who cannot participate in the tour due to personal reasons will be considered a no-show if they do not come to the SBS Public Hall by 13:50 pm
  • The tour itinerary is different every month, and please check which tour you will join.
  • There is no re-entry or exit during the taping, so please use the restroom before entering the studio.
  • Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the studio, please plan ahead for traffic and any delays.
  • Due to artists and studio schedules, scheduled recordings can be cancelled or shortened.
    KoreaTravelEasy, our tour operators and staff are not responsible for any sudden, shortened tapings, delays or cancellations due to SBS or the artists.
  • If your selected date is cancelled by SBS, you will receive a 100% refund.
  • Water and snacks are not included, please prepare some food or drinks if necessary.
  • Unfortunately, we are very sorry, but the facilities at SBS Inkigayo venue are NOT wheelchair friendly.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund: 10 business days (by 17:00  pm KST) before the selected date
  • No refund: After 17:00 pm KST 10 business days before the selected date or No show
