This SIM Card product is only a data plan. You CANNOT make or receive calls. Recommend you to use MVOIP calls via apps such as LINE, Whatsapp, Skype, etc.
Please noted that some phones may not support KT 4G/LTE frequency (even if your phone supports 4G in your own country), then your phone will automatically be connected to “3G”.
Your SIM Card might NOT work if you have used another Korean SIM Card before so please inform us your IMEI number in the “SPECIAL REQUESTS” field. You can find this number by pressing *#06# from the dial screen of your phone.
Recharge
- This SIM Card (with the same number) is not re-chargeable through KoreaTravelEasy due to KT Sim Card Company Policy.
- To recharge the SIM Card (with the same number) please head to the official KT SIM Card website, manual is sent with contact information.
- Recharge can only be done before SIM Card Expiration.
- If you are not able to recharge via the KT SIM Card website, you can repurchase a new SIM Card (with a new number). Place the same order.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund: 3 business days (by 5 pm KST) before the selected date
50% refund:2 business days (by 5 pm KST) before the selected date (e.g: if your pick-up date is on Thursday, you must contact us by Tuesday by 5pm KST)
No refund: After 5 pm KST 2 business daysbefore the selected date or if you do not pick-up your SIM CARD, it is treated as a cancellation with no refund.

Easy to find the booth, the clerk installed my SIM card for me, and it worked better and for less money than my domestic carrier hahahaha. Can I bring this home with me!? Travelers please note – the booths use a ticket system so don’t forget to get a ticket first before standing in line for a while like I did! And make sure you know which booth/carrier you go to there are several companies Korea Travel Easy books with and they have booths all over the airport.

The Young woman at the desk was very we’ll prepared and kind. She also showed me what to do to configure it in case it was necessary but as soon as I restarted the phone with the sim inside the mobile data appeared, so I didn’t need to use the guide. Easy to find the booth, the clerk installed my SIM card for me, and it worked better and for less money than my domestic carrier hahahaha. Can I bring this home with me!? Travelers please note – the booths use a ticket system so don’t forget to get a ticket first before standing in line for a while like I did! And make sure you know which booth/carrier you go to there are several companies Korea Travel Easy books with and they have booths all over the airport.
