During the 3 hours he was our tour guide – explaining his favorite locations and also what is happening in Korean culture. It was an entertaining ride to the hotel and we enjoyed every moment. Ride was great. Our disembarkation at the Incheon Cruise Terminal from NCL Jewel was delayed 1 hour + due to Korean luggage inspections. Overall a very pleasant experience. Was pick up by Mr Kim. Immigration clearance took awhile about 45 mins and it was getting late past 11pm. Found him after looking harder at all the signs. He didn’t offer to help with our luggage until we got to the car. He was eating while driving. His driving was very erratic so we got honked at by other cars several times. I was just praying we would get to the hotel in one piece. Fortunately we arrived with no accidents but I was very nervous during the ride. I would not want to ride with that driver again. There were three of us on this trip and we had a total of 7 bags. Having your driver meet us at the baggage claim and help us to load the bags, was big help. Not having to make any stops was a nice part of the trip. Will consider using your service again.

Got picked up on time from the airport and from our hotel.
Our arrival from the airport was early in the morning but did not get through customs for awhile. Our Driver (Mr. Choi) waited for us, even when I had to pickup my SIM card from one of the kiosk. It maybe best to set your pickup time a little later so they are not spending too much on parking.
Then our Driver (Mr. Kim) was also early picking us up from the hotel, which was great because we already checked out from our hotel.
Overall great service and thanks again!

Excellent service by a no hassle pick up by my driver Mr Kim! He was right outside the door as I exited out! Helped me with my luggages and was escorted to a nice clean comfortable van all to myself. We also used Korea travel easy for our 1/2 day DMZ tour and an all day driver and van tour. We will be using them again on our transfer from our hotel to the airport today and I’m sure it will be hassle free. We will be using their services again as I plan another trip to S Korea next year.

Highly recommended! Our driver Mr. Kim was right out the door of the airport as soon as we were outside. Big name placards you wouldn’t miss. He was also very courteous and professional as he helped us with our luggage. There was a little bit of misunderstanding at first about my booking voucher but they were able to sort it out right away even on a Sunday. My flight was on an early Monday morning but they were able to fix the problem and I didn’t have to worry about it. Thank you for that! Will definitely book again when we come back to Korea.

We found this private van transfer to be a very efficient and comfortable way of getting to the hotel without any hassle. The driver was there waiting for us and the van itself was immaculate The ride was very smooth and most of all, the cost was a lot less than what the hotel was charging with their own shuttle.Leaves a very good impression on a first time visitor to Seoul. Had a one-day layover in Seoul and needed transportation for our group of 11 people. We had gotten there and had some trouble fitting our baggage in the van that came to pick us up. We were tired arriving at 4:40am. We tried to figure it out but the driver just told us to wait and he had called a different van that was a little bigger. They were able to accommodate us and our baggage in the two vans we hired. I was very pleased with the service. Also one of our group members dropped her phone in the van. I was able to contact Korea Travel Easy via email and they found the phone and returned it to our hotel front desk. I was amazed at the service they provided they could have easily shrugged us off especially because it wasn’t their fault but they took the time to look AND bring it back to our hotel. I’ve traveled a lot and good service is not always easy to find. Also, you cannot beat the price for the convenience of being dropped off at your hotel doorstep. I would definitely use their service again without question.

From the first day pickup at the hotel it is a very easy process. Mr. Jang our driver, is very kind and knows places. Also he could communicate with english language properly. The communication by e-mail with the administrator is also very helpful & flexible. we did find a services that is right to our needs. We are very pleased with the airport transfer except the trip from the airport to PJ Hotel, the driver dropped us across the road. Mr Won did a really great job explaining to us the locations along the way e.g. Ara Canal.

We are very happy with the large van provided, clean & comfortable, even though we booked a smaller van. The driver was on time waiting at the exit of the arrival hall, with our name on a white board. He was courteous and speak basic English & this made life easy for us. We will the service again on our future trip.
