💡 Both vehicles are offered at the same price. If you have fewer passengers but more luggage, the Large Van may be more suitable.

- The driver will be holding a signboard with the KoreaTravelEasy logo and your name on it.
At the Airport (Arrival)
- Proceed to the arrival gate (after customs).
- The driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with your sign.
At Your Hotel / Pick-up Place (Departure)

[ General Information ]
- If your destination is outside of Seoul city, please contact us for a price quote.
- For transfers between 22:00 PM – 05:00 AM, please select the “Late Night Service” option.
- Please ensure the pickup time, number of passengers, and flight number are correct on your booking confirmation.
- Depending on your location, we recommend scheduling your Gimpo Airport transfer 2.5–3 hours before your flight.

- Our driver monitors your live flight status via the airport system.
- After landing, please proceed to the arrival hall (after customs). Your driver will be waiting at the arrival gate holding a “KoreaTravelEasy” sign or a sign with your name.
- If immigration, baggage claim, or any unexpected issue takes longer than usual, please notify the driver so they are aware of the situation.
- Please note that extended waiting beyond a reasonable grace period may incur additional charges.
👉 From central Seoul, the transfer to Gimpo Airport usually takes 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Please plan your pickup time accordingly.

- For Airbnb or similar accommodations, please ensure that your check-in is arranged in advance, as drivers cannot assist with host communication or check-in procedures.
- For safety reasons, each adult and child must occupy their own seat.
- If you require a child car seat, please contact us in advance. Additional charges apply, and we will confirm availability before your booking is finalized.
- Please note: our drivers speak only very basic English.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund: 5 business days (by 5 pm KST) before the selected date
- 50% refund: 2 business days (by 5 pm KST) before the selected date

- No refund: After 5 pm KST 3 business days before the selected date or No show
