How do I meet the driver at the airport or my hotel/pick-up place?

The driver will be holding a picket sign with KoreaTravelEasy logo and your name on it.

  • Meet at airport :  at the arrival gate
  • Meet at your hotel /pickup place : at outside the main door of the hotel/building ground floor entrance at the designated time

We cover from/to Gimpo airport to anywhere in Seoul city downtown. However, if your destination is not in the Seoul city area, please contact us to inquire about the exact price.

  • Please make sure that the pickup time and the number of passengers are correct on the confirmation For security reasons, adult and children must each occupy their own seat.

  • Please make sure to check that the car will fit all the luggage you bring with the number of passengers. Please contact us if you have any doubts.
  • Please double check your terminal number for both airport pickup and dropoff at the airport.
  • Please make sure that you input the correct flight numbers. Depending on your pick-up location, we recommend that you schedule the Gimpo airport transfer 3 – 3.5 hours prior to your flight.
  • Please note that you choose "late night service price"– late night pick up: when Flight Arrival Time or Pickup Time from Your Hotel is between 10:30 PM ~5:00 AM.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund: 5 business days (by 5 pm KST) before the selected date
  • 50% refund: 2 business days (by 5 pm KST) before the selected date
     (e.g: if your selected date is Tuesday, contact us by Thursday)
  • No refund: After 5 pm KST 3 business days before the selected date or No show
