1) Size Classification
There are total of 5 types of services you can choose.
- Backpack or Laptop
- Small luggage (18~21 inch)
- Medium luggage(22~24 inch)
- Large luggage (25~28 inch)
- Extra large luggage (29~32 inch)or XL bag
*Golf bags and rolling duffel bags (immigration bags) are considered the extra large luggage.
*** Surfboards and snowboards are difficult to store because of the size limitation of vehicles running from the airport to the storage warehouse.
2) Pick-up/ Drop-off counter
This service is in #25 Mirae Sending Counter next to N counter, 3rd floor, Incheon International Airport Terminal 1
3) How to use
1. Select the desired date and time.
2. Check your mobile voucher or the voucher sent via email.
※The voucher will be sent after confirming your reservation.
3. Visit the place on the date you booked, tell your name, and leave your luggage.
※Please bring the printed voucher with you while dropping off your luggage.
4. Pick up your luggage at the same place according to the purchase option schedule.
※ If you purchase a 1-day rental based on the date, you can pick it up anytime during business hours the next day
※ You can pick it up anytime during business hours.(From 04:00 am to 21:00 pm / Not based on 24 hours)

We used this service and it was pretty straight forward. It was at the #25 counter on the third floor near the N check-in counters at the far left side of Incheon airport international airport terminal 1, when viewing the front of the airport. It required a 2 day prior reservation and the hours were like 4:30 or 4:45 am to 9 or 10pm for opening hours. We paid $23 to store two 21” bags and 1 backpack for a day. We retrieved our luggage easily at the appointed pick-up window time with our claim ticket. I would use the service again.

Relatively easy to use, but if you have a late flight they are not flexible about collection times. The lady I dropped the luggage to was really unfriendly. Also it’s at gate N so make sure you know what side of Feb airport you are on.

Dissatisfied. I was unable to reach anyone by phone or WhatsApp the morning of my flight. Tried calling the number listed on the email but just a recording that was only spoken in Korean. Messaged a few times via WhatsApp but got no response. So I lost my money and ended up going with a different company instead. The lack of communication ruined it all and I don’t recommend any company that is not available to help their customers in a timely manner. If the service is available at 4:30 am then there should be a Live person to speak with.

My booking could not be found by the staff when I arrived. Due to the language barrier this led to a lot of confusion, however the lady was very helpful and still took my bag once I wrote down all my details. Pick up was very easy also.

Just for other travelers to be more informed, the storage location is not within the airport. Trucking is probably part of the price.
