[2026 SKY LIFT CLOSURE DATES]: The Sky Lift will completely suspend operations for safety inspections on June 23rd, July 14th, August 25th, and November 24th, 2026. Lifts are completely unavailable on these specific dates.
During severe winter conditions, outdoor zoo enclosures and specific high-speed rides may close down without prior notice for animal welfare and passenger safety.
Same-Day Re-entry: Re-entry is strictly permissible on the same usage day only. Please consult gate staff at the entrance before exiting the turnstiles.
Additional Services: Coin lockers, baby strollers rental options, parking amenities, and nursing mothers’ medical care zones are operational inside for a nominal on-site fee.

• By Subway: Take Subway Line 4 to Seoul Grand Park Station (대공원역) and leave via Exit 2.
• Option ① (On Foot): Walk straight for approximately 20 minutes (1.1 km) along the beautiful scenic lake path.
• Option ② (Elephant Train): Purchase an individual ticket at the General Information Center and board the famous Elephant Train. Get off at the 2nd stop (Seoulland Main Gate).

Cancellation Policy

No refund: The ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE after is it sent to you but you can reschedule up to 3 days (by 5 PM KST) before your original scheduled date.
