Caribbean Bay Admission Information & Guidelines

1. Admission & Capacity Restrictions
- Entry may be restricted if the park reaches maximum capacity (approximately 15,000 people). Arriving early is recommended to secure entry.
- Admission is conducted sequentially for a comfortable experience.
2. Ticketing & Usage
- Ticket prices vary by season. Please check before purchasing.
- Gold Season Tickets:
  - Includes access to both Caribbean Bay and Everland.
  - You must enter Caribbean Bay first before proceeding to Everland.
  - Entry to Everland is available after 1 PM using the same QR code.
- Mobile Tickets:
  - Sent via email within 24 hours after reservation.
  - Valid for foreigners only.
  - Non-refundable once the QR code is used.
- Children under 3 years old enter for FREE (ID verification required).
3. Operating Hours
- Vary by season. Please check the official website before your visit.
4. Baggage & Prohibited Items
- A baggage inspection will be conducted before entry.
- Storage lockers available (left of the main gate) for prohibited items, including:
  - Food, mats, chairs, snorkel gear, swim fins, large floatation devices (over 1m), and all glass products.
  - Exception: Water, beverages (except glass bottles), peeled fruits, baby food, and special dietary meals are allowed.
- Strollers, wagons, and carts must be stored separately in the designated stroller storage area.
- Storage is free at room temperature (20°C or below) and refrigerated (10°C or below). Items left behind will be discarded after closing.
5. Dress Code & Safety Regulations
- Swimwear & Equipment:
  - Swimsuits and swim caps are mandatory. Bringing your own goggles and towels is recommended (towel rental available for a fee).
  - Some slides may have clothing restrictions. Wearing designated swimwear is required.
  - Children under 3 years old must wear waterproof diapers or infant swimsuits.
- Safety & Age Restrictions:
  - Children under 10 years old, elderly visitors, and those with weak physical conditions must be accompanied by a guardian.
  - Visitors aged 5 and under or under 105 cm in height must use lockers and showers with a same-sex guardian.
  - We are not responsible for damage to swimsuits or accidents caused by customer negligence.
6. Additional Charges
- Jackets, lockers, rental items, and coin-based facilities are available for an additional fee.
- Personal towels and swimsuits should be prepared in advance.

Cancellation Policy

No refund: The mobile ticket is NOT REFUNDABLE after it is sent to you but you can reschedule another date within the season.

Korea Travel Easy was amazing for getting my family and I great discounted tickets to Caribbean Bay and it was amazing. My family and I had a fantastic time at the waterpark. We had a great time in Caribbean Bay. Because of COVID19 many facilities were closed but there were many times less people than usual so no queues and a lot of fun for children and relax in Jacuzzi for adults 🙂

We enjoyed our visit to Caribbean Bay very much. We were able to get in at 10am and got ourselves one of the cabanas. We stayed almost the whole day there. Very relaxing and a fun activity for the whole family.
