All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.
Seat number allocation follows a First Come, First Served basis within the zone among the tickets KoreaTravelEasy received based on booking time on the KoreaTravelEasy (KTE) website. AND, the specific ticket numbers will ONLY be disclosed on the event day.

• When collecting your ticket, you must bring confirmation voucher (print or email) and your valid forms of ID for Identity Verification with you. Failure to do so will result in the inability to collect your ticket, and there will be no ticket cancellation or refund for tickets not collected.
• Entry numbers will be assigned randomly and can be confirmed on the day of the performance. Cancellations or refunds based on dissatisfaction with the assigned entry number are not possible.
• Ticket collection by proxy is not allowed, and there will be no ticket cancellation or refund for tickets not collected.
• Entry is not permitted if you fail to bring your ID or fail identity verification. Ticket refunds or cancellations due to this reason are not possible. (Companion's ID will also be checked)
• You must hold one ticket per person upon entering the venue. Reissue is not possible under any circumstances, including loss, damage, or theft.
• Entry may be restricted after the performance starts, and you must follow the guidance of the staff for smooth entry.
• Large bags and carriers are prohibited inside the concert venue; only small bags for simple personal belongings are allowed.
• Beverages and food are prohibited inside the venue. Hazardous materials such as bottles, fireworks, lasers, as well as pets, bouquets, and balloons, are also restricted.
• Bringing any photography or recording devices (except mobile phones), chairs (including portable ones), and step stools/ladders into the venue is strictly prohibited. If caught, all recorded materials will be immediately deleted, and you will be forced to leave the venue.(Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded in the event of forced eviction.)
• Visibility may be obstructed in certain sections due to venue facilities (railings/pillars, etc), stage facilities, or camera installations. Cancellation, exchange, or refund of the product due to sight obstruction is not possible.
• The performance time, lineup of performers, and stage design are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances of the organizer or the performers, and refunds will not be issued due to such changes.
• For a safe and pleasant viewing environment, bag checks may be conducted prior to entry. Please note that if hazardous materials or prohibited items are found, they may be confiscated, or your entry may be restricted.
