Our private transfer was the perfect option for late arrival into Incheon. Driver did not speak English however enough to confirm our hotel name. Communication with KTE online was fast and everything went through smoothly.

This was such a fun day! We had the sweetest tour guide Dora! She was so kind and knew so much about it. The coolest thing was that we were able to see North Korean people walking through the binoculairs. It was an amazing experience and is definitely worth to do it!

Amazing seats at Inkigayo! The staff were really friendly and made sure everything was sorted for us. Highly recommend this tour if you are interested in seeing how a KPOP Music Show works :)

Pick up and drop off was very quick and easy. The router worked well and was very useful during our stay while we were out and about.

The driver picked us on time, in fact early which was good as we were waiting to collected anyway. He was pleasant, the vehicle was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a stress free ride to the airport and arrived in plenty of time for our flight.

This was my favourite tour! Everything went smoothly. Our driver/guide was so nice and kind to us. Nothing was too much trouble. He took us directly to the places we wanted to go and added some really cool suggestions of places to go when we had spare time before our train departed. Busan is really great and travelling with a private guide when you have limited time was the best. Highly Recommend this tour and KTE kept us updated all the way through the process with clear, polite communication :)

This tour was nice. The driver and tour guide were very pleasant, the bus was clean and comfortable. It was good walking around the parks and taking in the sights. We were a little disappointed that there were only a couple of King Cherry Blossom trees left to view but we took the chance to see them and enjoyed our experience. One thing I would like to mention is we had trouble identifying the guides on a couple of KTE tours we went on. Our paperwork indicated that the guides would have blue vests on but they did not which made it a little difficult as a lot of different tours were departing from the bus terminal at the same time.

As a BTS ARMY, I enjoyed this tour very much. Our driver and tour guide was really good, knowledgeable and we had fun. The vehicle was clean and comfortable for the six of us on board. The locations were good and lunch was delicious. I personally would have liked a little more time at the HYBE building and cafes surrounding it but otherwise I think it was money well spent :)
