You will instantly receive the order receipt by email. The confirmation voucher with instructions will be sent to you within 48 hours after booking, subject to availability.

When picking up your device, show the confirmation voucher from your mobile phone, your passport, and a credit card as a deposit (no debit card) at your pick-up location to get your Wifi Egg Router.
Reminders
[ CREDIT CARD ]
Please bring your passport along with the confirmation voucher and your CREDIT CARD for the WiFi router deposit. **Debit cards or cash are not accepted.
You cannot use the service without a valid credit card * Debit Cards are NOT acceptable to use the service. ** NOT accepted: Hana Card, Amex, or Samsung Card issued overseas. *** This may vary depending on the policy of the credit card company.
YOU CANNOT use another person's credit card. *** The credit card holder MUST be the person who picks up the order.
The expiry date on your credit card should be at least 3 monthsafter the selected return date.

Please double-check your terminal number if you choose Incheon Airport as a pickup/return location. (Check your terminal number here )
Please make sure the WiFi Egg Router is properly working before you leave the pick-up location. *** If there is any problem after picking it up, you will have to visit the SK Telecom branches or call to customer center (T: 6343-9000 or 080-252-5011 ).
If the pickup date is delayed due to unavoidable circumstances (such as flight delays), the number of days of use will remain the same.
If the start date for using the WiFi router is delayed, the return date will be automatically extended accordingly.
WiFi Router Variants:
- Previous Version: Compatible with portable battery charger. - New Version (from May 2023): Not compatible with the portable battery charger.
The new version will not come with a portable battery charger as part of the set.
Customers can request a portable battery charger directly on the pickup desk for the new version, but availability is limited and might be out of stock.
A charge of 10,000 KRW will be applied for lost portable battery chargers.
All pre-order customers will be assigned the new version router. Daily pick-up reservations might be assigned the previous version.
[ EXTEND & RETURN POLICY]
If you wish to extend your rental days, please order the number of days you want to extend, and on a special request, write your previous order number (order number consists of six digits, e.g. #000000).
If you do not return the router after the requested period is over, the penalty fee will be automatically deducted from your card within 5 days after the return date.
If you exceed 1 GB per day, the internet speed can be a little slow. However, there will be no issue to use your SNS (Instagram, Facebook, Line, What's an app, etc.)
To return the WiFi router, you can simply drop it off at the designated counter.
If you would like to change the return location, please inform us by 2 business days before the return day
[ BATTERY ISSUE]
The router may only have a charge for a few hours of usage. Potentially the battery is not fully charged.
Checking the battery level when collecting the router. If the battery is too low, please request an exchange immediately.
Please note that failing to check the battery level during pickup might result in insufficient battery life or the device turning off.

100% refund: 3 business days (by 17:00 pm KST) before the selected date
80% refund:2 business days (by 17:00 pm KST) before the selected date (e.g: if your pick-up date is on Thursday, you must contact us by Tuesday 17:00 pm KST)

I rented 2 wifi eggs for my month long stay in Korea with my 3 teenage kids. It was the most economical way for all 4 of us to stay connected while we traveled. The eggs themselves are fantastic, and the process of picking them up and getting started was very easy. The coverage has been great. My only complaint is with the battery life. It only lasts about 6-8 hours, and the eggs run VERY HOT. I carry them in a small crossbody bag, and I can feel the heat of them through the bag and my clothes! If my kids and I go out for a full day of activities, I switch them off/on to save battery AND carry a portable battery charger. For travelers, I think the battery should last at least 12 hours.
