How to book
Login and Book
After login, fill in each option; add an item the cart on the right. You can add multiple items to your cart and pay in one payment. We accept all major international credit cards and Paypal.
Check your email
You will instantly receive the order receipt by email. The confirmation voucher with instructions will be sent to you within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability.
Enjoy your WIFI EGG
When picking up your device, show the confirmation voucher from your mobile phone, your passport, and a credit card as a deposit (no debit card) at your pick-up location to get your WIFI EGG.
Your RESERVATION NAME has to match with your PASSPORT NAME.
Please bring a Passport along with a confirmation voucher and a credit card (Debit card not acceptable) to pick-up the WiFi egg router.
Your credit card information is only used as a security deposit when you pick-up in case the return of the device is not made, there will be a penalty of 100,000 KRW charged to your card.
If you will deposit with another person's credit card, please make your RESERVATION NAME as same as your PASSPORT NAME, then write on special request that my Credit Card Name is under XYZ.
You may choose to pick up and return your WIFI egg at the same airport or different ones, just choose your pickup and return location easily while booking
Please double check your terminal number if you choose Incheon airport and as a pickup/return location. (Check your terminal number here )
Please try the WiFi EGG Router if it is working before you leave the pick-up location. After picking up the WiFi egg router and have any problem with it, you need to visit the SK Telecom branches in Euljiro or Hongik University station.
Free rental of a portable battery charger is only available at airport pick-up and subject to availability (10,000 KRW penalty if the portable battery is not returned with a WiFi egg router).
If you wish to extend your rental days, please order the number of days you want to extend, and on a special request, write your previous order number (order number starts with #five digits, e.g. #12345).
If you do not return it after the period is over, automatic payment for the loss will be made after 5 days.
For not good quality(wifi egg), you can inquire directly by calling the T-Roaming Customer Center (T: 6343-9000).

80% refund:2 business days (by 5 pm KST) before the selected date (e.g: if your pick-up date is on Thursday, you must contact us by Tuesday by 5pm KST)
