You will instantly receive the order receipt by email. The confirmation voucher with instructions will be sent to you within 48 hours after booking, subject to availability.

When picking up your device, show the confirmation voucher from your mobile phone, your passport, and a credit card as a deposit (no debit card) at your pick-up location to get your Wifi Egg Router.

💡Please Read Carefully Before Your Trip
1. Credit Card for Deposit (MANDATORY)
To rent the WiFi Egg, you MUST present a physical Credit Card for the security deposit.
Accepted: Physical credit cards in the name of the person picking up the order.
NOT Accepted:Debit cards (Check cards), Cash, or overseas-issued Hana, Amex, and Samsung cards.
Note: You cannot use the service without a valid credit card. The card can be different from the one used for payment on KoreaTravelEasy.com.
Expiry: The card must be valid for at least 3 months after your return date.
2. Pick-up & Device Notice
Check Your Terminal: Please double-check your terminal number (T1 or T2) if picking up at Incheon Airport.
Device Models: * New Version (since May 2023): Thinner model, NOT compatible with portable battery chargers (power banks). A power bank is not included.
Previous Version: Compatible with power banks.
Battery Level: Devices may not be fully charged upon pickup. Please check the battery level immediately and request an exchange at the counter if it is too low.
Troubleshooting: Ensure the device works before leaving the counter. For issues later, contact SK Telecom customer center at 02-6343-9000 or contact any below chat service. KakaoTalk / Facebook / LINE / WhatsApp
3. Rental Extension & Return
To Extend: Place a new order for the extra days and write your previous Order Number (#000000) in the "Special Request" box.
Changing Return Location: You must inform us at least 2 business days before your return date.
Late Returns: If not returned on time without notice, a penalty fee will be automatically charged to your credit card within 5 days.
Data Speed: If usage exceeds 1GB per day, speeds may slow down slightly, but SNS (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) will still work fine.
4. Loss & Damages
A charge of 10,000 KRW will be applied for lost portable battery chargers (if provided).
If your pickup is delayed due to flight delays, the return date will be automatically adjusted to maintain your total rental days.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund: 3 business days (by 17:00 pm KST) before the selected date
80% refund:2 business days (by 17:00 pm KST) before the selected date (e.g: if your pick-up date is on Thursday, you must contact us by Tuesday 17:00 pm KST)
No refund: After 17:00 pm KST 2 business daysbefore the selected date or No show

I rented 2 wifi eggs for my month long stay in Korea with my 3 teenage kids. It was the most economical way for all 4 of us to stay connected while we traveled. The eggs themselves are fantastic, and the process of picking them up and getting started was very easy. The coverage has been great. My only complaint is with the battery life. It only lasts about 6-8 hours, and the eggs run VERY HOT. I carry them in a small crossbody bag, and I can feel the heat of them through the bag and my clothes! If my kids and I go out for a full day of activities, I switch them off/on to save battery AND carry a portable battery charger. For travelers, I think the battery should last at least 12 hours.

Everytime it is so hard to get my Router from the desk as they can not accept my credit card. this was my 4th time to rent the router from you, and I faced again with the same issue. my credit cards are working.
