All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.
Please note that seat/queue numbers will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone among the tickets KoreaTravelEasy has received, based on the payment completion time on our website.
AND, the specific ticket numbers will ONLY be disclosed on the event day.

[ About Tickets & Admission ]

• Details of ticket distribution will be informed in the confirmation voucher email 2-3 days before the event day.
• Standing Admission: Not allowed for under the age of 15, regardless of parental accompaniment.
• Seating Admission: Allowed from the age of 8, but ages 8–14 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• 1 person per ticket is required for entry and movement inside the venue.
• NO RE-ENTRY: Re-entry is strictly prohibited once you exit the venue.
• This ticket requires participants' ID (e.g. PASSPORT OR ARC) upon ticket pick-up.
• Tickets will be distributed at the venue after ID verification. Entry will not be permitted without a valid ID or if the ID does not match the reservation name.
• Tickets cannot be re-issued under any circumstances (including loss or damage).
• If you arrive later than the promised ticket distribution time, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.

[ Standing / Seating ]

• Please note that seat/queue numbers will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone among the tickets KoreaTravelEasy has received, based on the payment completion time on our website.
• Customers who purchase a 2F Seating ticket will automatically receive Red Carpet Access. Please note that this is not a separate viewing area; you will watch the Red Carpet from your assigned 2F Seating position.
• Some seats may have partially obstruct views due to stage design, structures, and cameras. Ticket refunds or exchanges will not be available on the event day due to restricted views.

[ Venue Rules & Security ]

• Bag Inspection: Bags larger than A4 size may be subject to security inspection for smooth and safe entry.
• No Storage Service: Luggage/cloakroom storage is NOT operated at the venue. Please take extra care of your personal belongings and valuables.
• Parking: Parking space at the venue is extremely limited. Using public transportation is strongly recommended.
• Rainy Weather Policy (Umbrellas): For audience safety and clear views, only small folding umbrellas that fit inside a bag are permitted. Long umbrellas are restricted/prohibited inside the venue.

[ Prohibited Items ]

• Food & Beverages: Only unopened PET bottled water (500ml or less, with a cap) is allowed. All other food, snacks, and beverages (cans, glass bottles) are strictly prohibited.
• Prohibited Items List:
  • Dangerous objects (knives, scissors, fireworks, lasers, etc.)
  • Glass bottles, cans, food items (except unopened 500ml bottled water)
  • Professional filming equipment, telephoto cameras, tripods, ladders
  • Mats, portable chairs, balloons, flower bouquets, pets

[ Photography & Recording Policy ]

• Unauthorized photography, video recording, audio recording, and live streaming are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
• If caught, recorded materials will be deleted on the spot, and you will face immediate expulsion from the venue without any ticket refund.

[ Artist Line-Up ]

The line-up of artists is subject to change without prior notice, depending on the artists and their respective entertainment agencies.
