You will instantly receive the order receipt by email. The confirmation voucher with instructions will be sent to you within 48 hours after booking, subject to availability.
Enjoy your Wifi Egg
When picking up your device, show the confirmation voucher from your mobile phone, your passport, and a credit card as a deposit (no debit card) at your pick-up location to get your Wifi Egg Router.

Your RESERVATION NAME has to be the same as your PASSPORT NAME.
Please bring your Passport along with the confirmation voucher and your credit card ***(debit card not acceptable)*** to pick-up the Wifi Egg Router.
Your credit card(Visa/Master card ONLY available) information is only used as a security deposit when you pick-up. In case you do not return the device, there will be a penalty fee of 100,000 KRW charged to your card.
The expiration date on your credit card should be at least 3 months after the selected return date.
You cannot use the service with a credit card which cannot be guaranteed. (NOT Accepted: Hana Card, Amex, Samsung Card issued overseas)※ Depending on the policy of the credit card company, the types of credit cards that are not allowed may be changed.
If you use another person's credit card for the deposit, please make sure your RESERVATION NAME is the same as your PASSPORT NAME, and add a special request specifying that the credit card holder's name is other than yours and make sure to include the person's full name.
You may choose to pick up and return your Wifi Egg Router at the same airport or at a different one, just choose the most convenient pickup and return location for you when booking.
Please double-check your terminal number if you choose Incheon airport and as a pickup/return location. (Check your terminal number here )
Please make sure the Wifi Egg Router is properly working before you leave the pick-up location. If there is any problem with the Wifi Egg Router after picking it up, you will have to to visit the SK Telecom branches or call to customer center (T: 6343-9000 or 080-252-5011 ).
Free rental of a portable battery charger is only available at airport pick-up and subject to availability (10,000 KRW penalty if the portable battery is not returned with a Wifi Egg Router).
If you wish to extend your rental days, please order the number of days you want to extend, and on a special request, write your previous order number (order number starts with #five digits, e.g. #12345).
If you do not return the router after the requested period is over, the penalty fee will be automatically deducted from your card within 5 days after the return date.
If the quality of the Router is not good, you can inquire directly by calling the T-Roaming Customer Center (T: 6343-9000 or 080-252-5011 ).

Counter staff is very friendly and polite. East collection. No hassle. WiFi is very strong no matter where you go. Just when collection , the router battery wasn’t fully charged. So it could not last till laste afternoon.
