Reminders

• Although you need to choose an Activation Date, the service is not really activated until you get the eSIM QR code and activate it.
• You will get a QR code once your order is confirmed.
  (QR code's expiration period lasts for 60 days)
  
• From the moment you receive an eSIM QR Code the service is Non-Refundable.
  (so, please make sure your mobile phone matches the required conditions for using eSIM card before you place the order)
• You will receive an SMS informing you about the exact expiration date and time.
• This is a Data ONLY eSIM. Calls and text services are not included.
• You must turn off roaming services to activate the eSIM
• You must print out or display the QR Code on another device to scan and register the eSIM.
• Please make sure you have connected to a Wi-fi network while registering the eSIM.
  You can either register before entering Korea or in Korea
• eSIM will be activated once the registration is finished. Please connect to the ‘KT network’ and the eSIM will start.
• Once the eSIM registration is completed, it would be unable to use on other devices.
• It is possible to re-register the same eSIM service on the same phone if you have accidentally removed the eSIM.
• You must register the eSIM service within 60 days after you have received it, otherwise it will expire.
• If you are using a phone which is not supported KT LTE frequency, the 3G signal will be shown. Please note that a refund or exchange will not be accepted under this situation.
• Please make sure you have completely unlocked your phone with your mobile provider especially
  if your mobile phone is from the United States, Canada, Japan, or the Philippines.
  However, if you were using a prepaid SIM card in your country, please skip the above step.
• Please contact our online C/S center if you are facing any difficulties.
• Once an eSIM is registered, it cannot be changed or transferred to another device, and if accidentally deleted, it cannot be restored even if it is still within the validity period.
• If you encounter any issues with your eSIM, please contact customer service immediately; if you delete the eSIM yourself, it will be considered negligence on the part of the customer, and will not offer any refund or will not resend a new QR.
• A single device cannot use two eSIMs simultaneously; if you wish to use a new eSIM after the first one is exhausted, you must delete the original eSIM plan before you can use the new one.
