Korean Hanbok Rental Experience in Korea (Seoul, Jeonju)
Ki*** L*** Singapore
There were many shops renting Hanbok in the same area. Therefore, I had spent a lot time looking for the correct one. The store was very crowded, ended up my family and I had to queue for every station, from collection of locker key, selecting and changing of the Hanbok, hairstyling for the girls to making payment for additional accessories. Much time was wasted on waiting and no time allowance was given. I was even told to return the Hanboks 10 minutes earlier from ending time. Will not recommend to anyone.
Hello, first of all we are very sorry for the inconveniences. That area is quite popular for hanbok rental so it’s expected for it to be crowded specially during nice weather days. We will get back to our partner and try to find a better way to reduce the waiting time for our customers. We really appreciate your valuable feedback. Thank you so much and once again sorry for the inconveniences.
