• This concert is exclusively for foreign visitors.
  Therefore, each customer must verify their foreign nationality to be eligible for the concert entry. 

• Artists Line-up may change without any notice - it is subjected to artists and its entertainment agency.

• Children under 12 years old cannot join this tour.

• Attendees must bring their passports for ID verification at the venue.

• The name on your passport must match the ticket holder's name.

• The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

• This is an outdoor event; prepare for possible weather changes.

• The concert will proceed rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by organizers.

• No large bags, outside food, or professional cameras are allowed.

• All attendees must undergo a security check at entry.

[ About Tickets ]

• This admission ticket is for exclusively available to foreign nationals, and you need to bring your PASSPORT to pick up the ticket. 
• Details of ticket distribution will be informed in the confirmation voucher email 2-3 days before the event day
• Tickets will be distributed at the event after ID is checked.
• Entry will not be permitted without a valid ID or if the person is not the rightful holder of the ID.
• Ticket cannot be re-issued under any circumstances(including but not limited to loss and damage).
• It will be considered a no-show if you are late retrieving your ticket.
• If it is confirmed that the ticket was pre-purchased by an illegal method, the pre-purchase will be forcibly cancelled.

• • The itinerary is subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions on the usage date
  • This is a packaged product joining both Tour + concert is required,
    however, if you can't join the tour for personal reasons, please contact us by email at least 5 business days before.
    We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by not informing us in advance.

• This is an outdoor event; prepare for possible weather changes.

• All attendees must undergo a security check at entry.
• Entering the site may be prohibited due to tripods and large cameras, so please pay particular attention
• Advance notice of prohibited items/personal (unauthorized) photography resulting in expulsion.
• Advance notice materials will also be used as evidence for on-site actions. List of prohibited items:
  • Dangerous objects such as knives, scissors, lasers, etc.
  • Food items, excluding unopened bottled water
  • Unauthorized filming equipment
  • Mats, portable chairs, ladders

• The line-up of artists is subject to change without prior notice, depending on the artists and their respective entertainment agencies.
• After the performance starts, you cannot re-enter the venue. Please gather at the award venue early and wait.
