Reminders

[Ticket Booking Notice]
  • Seat Selection: Seating is randomly assigned and will be confirmed when collecting your ticket on the event day.
  • Age Restriction: Only attendees aged 7 and above are allowed. A guardian must accompany preschool children, and the guardian must also have a valid entry ticket.
[Ticket Collection Information]
  • On-Site Collection Only: Tickets can only be picked up on the day of the event
  • Requirements for Ticket Collection:
    • A valid physical ID card of the ticket holder (Passport or Alien Registration Card) with a validity period extending beyond the event date.
    • Booking confirmation (printed or mobile version)
Important Notes:
Expired IDs, photos, screenshots, or copies of ID cards will not be accepted.
All required items (ID card and booking confirmation) must be presented; otherwise, ticket collection will not be possible.
The ticket provider and event organizer are not liable for any inconvenience caused by missing requirements, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
 
[Entry Guidelines]
  • Entry Timing: Entry begins 1 hour before the event start time.
  • Ticket Requirement: Each person must have their own ticket. Entry without a ticket is strictly prohibited.
  • ID Verification: ID checks may be conducted alongside ticket inspections to prevent ticket resale. Ensure you have a valid physical ID card.
  • Late Entry: To avoid disruption, please arrive and enter at least 10 minutes before the event starts.
[Seat and Event Conduct]
  • Seat Assignment: Attendees must remain in their assigned seats.
  • Late Entry Policy: Entry, after the event has started, may be restricted and permitted only as directed by the staff to minimize disruption.
