*There are only a limited number of tickets, which are distributed based on the time of purchase on KoreaTravelEasy.
After counting the number of tickets, by the time customers make their purchases, it is a possibility that all tickets have already been allocated to earlier buyers.
In this case, we will provide a full refund immediately.
Customers who are confirmed to receive a ticket will receive an email requesting their personal information and SBS ID.

*Multiple tickets can be purchased under the same account, but only one ticket per actual visitor (identified by passport & SBS ID).
* Seats will be provided randomly but the guarantee will be the (opA&B) 1st floor Seating Ticket (Random) , (opC&D) 1st floor Seating Ticket (Random) , (opE&F) Ground floor Standing Ticket (FCFS) for 21st July.
* Please note that tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone among the tickets KoreaTravelEasy received and based on the order date and time of KoreaTravelEasy (KTE) website.
* The specific ticket numbers will only be disclosed on the event day.
* Details of ticket distribution will be informed in the confirmation voucher email 2-3 days before the event day.
▶ According to SBS policy, foreign customers who purchase tickets must:
– Join the SBS membership through the SBS APP.
– Provide KoreaTravelEasy with mandatory information: the actual participant’s name, nationality, and SBS ID number.
▶ Tickets will only be issued after successful verification of the participant’s identity, which includes checking the passport, SBS membership on the SBS APP, and the ticket purchased from KoreaTravelEasy.
▶ Customers who fail to provide the required information (name of the actual participant, nationality, and SBS ID number) in advance will not be eligible to receive a ticket.
▶ If the provided mandatory information does not match exactly, the participant will be denied ticket issuance.

According to the contract we signed with SBS and what we have advertised,
the 1st-floor seating tickets actually refer to zones 301-320 in PINK colour, which are on the upper floor above the standing area. This floor is also referred to as the 3rd floor in ARENA (American building system)
What we advertised as 2nd-floor seating tickets are zones 404-420 in SKY BLUE which is above the pink area. This blue area is also referred to as the 4th floor in the layout of INSPIRE ARENA. (American building system)

**City tour bus Ticket will be sent with the SBS ticket confirmation voucher.
(Duration: 1 hour 30 mins)
Travelling around 15 stops, you will be guided to popular tourist attractions, including N Seoul Tower, Myeongdong, Itaewon, Namdaemun Market, and the National Museum of Korea. You can get off at the desired stop to observe the city freely and use the following bus every 30/40 minutes.

The staff was extremely helpful, attentive, and kind. The busses were punctual and the staff went the extra mile to keep us as informed as possible. While not the fault of KoreaTravelEasy, the organization of the event wasn’t great, and SBS initiated a lot of unnecessary changes and requirements that caused everyone inconveniences. Even with these frustrations, everyone from Korea Travel Easy did their best to help us and make sure we enjoyed the event. (Extra thanks to everyone from Bus 05. While I didn’t catch her name, the staff member was so sweet and attentive to making sure our group was taken care of and enjoying the event despite the frustrations. The experience with KoreaTravelEasy was generally good. Travelling with the busses to Incheon and back to Seoul was nice and good organized. However, the seats we got from the agency were pretty disappointing, since they were behind the stage. Therefore, you could only see the backs of the idols the most time, which I found pretty disappointing for about USD $250. But the seats were on the 1st floor as promised and therefore pretty close to the stage. The view would have been amazing, if it was in front of the stage.

Very very unprofessional & lack of communication. By that, we had to wait in the bus 2-3 hours after arriving at the venue. I started a timer as 30 minutes passed staying in the bus when arriving in the Event. So sad that 30 minutes of waiting changed to 2-3 hours of waiting. On top of that, many were starving or had to use the restroom. The only exception we had to leave the bus is if we ever needed to use the restroom, but after that we must return to the bus. Obtaining the ticket was terrible, as the line was too long and the fact that there was no straight communication as to if we can bring our lightsticks or not. With no proper answer, I decided to not bring my lightstick, which disappointed me. After finally receiving my wristband and finally entering the venue, I did not have enough time to eat & just simply had to buy a small snack. Aside from that, I’ve noticed other fellow KPOP fans having the same seats, causing major issues. EX: one person has seat “A1” while another had seat “A1” as well. Once the concert ended, we were told “sorry” for all the inconveniences that has occurred that day. I doubt many will forget this stressful and horrible experience, but aside from this incident, the concert was very fun and exciting. 🩵 Will never forget the amount of mental stress and frustration we all had that day.

Please understand that the long wait times and ticketing issues were due to SBS’s arrangements and their strict personal information checking process, which caused major delays.
Also, we would like to emphasize that the issue with duplicate seats was from the other agencies and did not happen among the KoreaTravelEasy customers.
As for the lightsticks, we provided consistent information to all similar inquiries: while SBS didn’t mention it this year, lightsticks were completely banned last year, so we advised you accordingly to avoid any issues such as being forbidden from admission.

The concert was amazing, great choreography, great stage design, and great music of course! Getting the concert wristband was very painful, mostly SBS’s fault, but we had to wait outside with crazy crowds and there was little organization from the event staff.

I was rather disappointed with the organisation, although I was pleased with the rapid response from customer service by email and the smile of the guide
To start with, we had to wait 1 hour for the start, even though we’d been asked to arrive 20 minutes beforehand because the bus wasn’t there.
After arriving at the venue it was quite a painful experience to wait 3 hours in the sun knowing that we weren’t allowed our umbrellas. If I’d known I would have taken it and put it down just before the entrance to the show. The wait was very difficult in the heat and I thought I was going to faint.
I didn’t have time to eat or drink all day until I arrived in Seoul at 0.30 am, which was difficult.
After finally getting the ticket, we had to wait in the queue for several more hours, knowing that the wait was pointless as we were sorted by order, and we waited even longer as I thought I heard that some people had tried to cheat inside.
The show was good even if people push a lot when they see their idol
What disappointed me the most was after the show, I was completely lost and there were no signs to get back to the bus, I went to the wrong exit and fortunately I bumped into someone and we managed to find our way because otherwise I would have slept there, we had to run to get the bus
I would have liked the guide to have had a microphone to speak into because unfortunately we couldn’t hear a thing and I think it would have been really nice to give us bottles of water after the show knowing that we didn’t have time to buy any due to the wait.
I know it’s not entirely the agency’s fault as there are always unforeseen circumstances but it was difficult but I paid a lot without the discount 😅

We spent nearly four hours waiting to get our tickets. A lot of us had planned to get to food and water before the show but simply couldn’t as we were told to just wait on the bus until it was our turn at the ticket booth.

Worst music festival I’ve ever been to. It took us 3 hours of standing in the heat before we got in and the Standing area was clearly overbooked. The pushing by people got so bad once-popular artists like IVE and Enhypen came out that we had to move up. Moreover, once it got over our coordinator was not helpful in us finding the bus and even hung up on us and we couldn’t make it back. For the amount we paid, the experience was really not it and I’d rather get a refund as some of us are even hurt and bruised up after the mosh pit that was the standing area.

I am incredibly disappointed with how this event went, as are many other people I have gone with. The fact that we had to wait 5 HOURS to get in while others got in just fine, and we already HAD OUR TICKETS. Mind you, it was incredibly hot as well and no waters were given out and no time to even get waters at the convience store was available to get since we got in barely in time for the concert. That was not even the cherry on the cake. While trying to leave the arena we could not even find our bus and was given limited information on where it could be. I called our tour guide 3 timed with each call being blatanly ignored as well as text messages. I even took it upon myself to call the tour guide on a friends phone where our tour guide actually picked up but as soon as she heard my voice she hung up leaving us clueless on where we had to go. I never EVER write reviews, let alone care to, but the fact that i had to pay $300+ on this absolute disater is embarrassing really. I would give a 0 star review but unfortunately it is not an option..

It was very stressful and unorganized getting in. I felt it unnecessary to have the tour guide check all of your info only to wait for 2 hours in the hot sun for someone else from the venue to do the same exact thing. I did like not having to find public transportation back after and my tour guide was very nice
