*There are only a limited number of tickets, which are distributed based on the time of purchase on KoreaTravelEasy.
After counting the number of tickets, by the time customers make their purchases, it is a possibility that all tickets have already been allocated to earlier buyers.
In this case, we will provide a full refund immediately.
Customers who are confirmed to receive a ticket will receive an email requesting their personal information and SBS ID.

*Multiple tickets can be purchased under the same account, but only one ticket per actual visitor (identified by passport & SBS ID).
* Seats will be provided randomly but the guarantee will be the (opA&B) 1st floor Seating Ticket (Random) , (opC&D) 1st floor Seating Ticket (Random) , (opE&F) Ground floor Standing Ticket (FCFS) for 21st July.
* Please note that tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone among the tickets KoreaTravelEasy received and based on the order date and time of KoreaTravelEasy (KTE) website.
* The specific ticket numbers will only be disclosed on the event day.
* Details of ticket distribution will be informed in the confirmation voucher email 2-3 days before the event day.
▶ According to SBS policy, foreign customers who purchase tickets must:
– Join the SBS membership through the SBS APP.
– Provide KoreaTravelEasy with mandatory information: the actual participant’s name, nationality, and SBS ID number.
▶ Tickets will only be issued after successful verification of the participant’s identity, which includes checking the passport, SBS membership on the SBS APP, and the ticket purchased from KoreaTravelEasy.
▶ Customers who fail to provide the required information (name of the actual participant, nationality, and SBS ID number) in advance will not be eligible to receive a ticket.
▶ If the provided mandatory information does not match exactly, the participant will be denied ticket issuance.

not mentioned = ARENA 2nd floor (NOT OPEN for use)
1st floor = ARENA 3rd floor (PINK zone on the map)
2nd floor = ARENA 4th floor (SKY BLUE zone on the map)
According to the contract we signed with SBS and what we have advertised,
the 1st-floor seating tickets actually refer to zones 301-320 in PINK colour, which are on the upper floor above the standing area. This floor is also referred to as the 3rd floor in ARENA (American building system)
What we advertised as 2nd-floor seating tickets are zones 404-420 in SKY BLUE which is above the pink area. This blue area is also referred to as the 4th floor in the layout of INSPIRE ARENA. (American building system)

[ OpB Seoul City Tour Bus Ticket (Day Course) ]
**City tour bus Ticket will be sent with the SBS ticket confirmation voucher.
(Duration: 1 hour 30 mins)
Travelling around 15 stops, you will be guided to popular tourist attractions, including N Seoul Tower, Myeongdong, Itaewon, Namdaemun Market, and the National Museum of Korea. You can get off at the desired stop to observe the city freely and use the following bus every 30/40 minutes.

The staff was extremely helpful, attentive, and kind. The busses were punctual and the staff went the extra mile to keep us as informed as possible. While not the fault of KoreaTravelEasy, the organization of the event wasn’t great, and SBS initiated a lot of unnecessary changes and requirements that caused everyone inconveniences. Even with these frustrations, everyone from Korea Travel Easy did their best to help us and make sure we enjoyed the event. (Extra thanks to everyone from Bus 05. While I didn’t catch her name, the staff member was so sweet and attentive to making sure our group was taken care of and enjoying the event despite the frustrations. The experience with KoreaTravelEasy was generally good. Travelling with the busses to Incheon and back to Seoul was nice and good organized. However, the seats we got from the agency were pretty disappointing, since they were behind the stage. Therefore, you could only see the backs of the idols the most time, which I found pretty disappointing for about USD $250. But the seats were on the 1st floor as promised and therefore pretty close to the stage. The view would have been amazing, if it was in front of the stage.

The concert was amazing, great choreography, great stage design, and great music of course! Getting the concert wristband was very painful, mostly SBS’s fault, but we had to wait outside with crazy crowds and there was little organization from the event staff.

It was very stressful and unorganized getting in. I felt it unnecessary to have the tour guide check all of your info only to wait for 2 hours in the hot sun for someone else from the venue to do the same exact thing. I did like not having to find public transportation back after and my tour guide was very nice
