Inclusions vary depending on your selected Meeting Location:
- 11:00 AM – Namsan Yejang Bus Parking Lot (Seoul Tour Option)
• Includes a curated Seoul Pre-Tour (Mangwon Market & Eunpyeong Hanok Village / Jinguansa Temple).
• Includes convenient One-Way shuttle transportation from Seoul directly to KINTEX.
- TBA PM – Meet Directly at the Venue (KINTEX Option)
• Includes 1 Complimentary T-Money Card instead of the tour and transportation.
* What is a T-Money Card? It is a rechargeable smart card used for public transportation across Korea (buses, subways, and select taxis), as well as convenience stores. Highly convenient for independent travelers! ⚠️ Notice: The T-Money card is provided completely EMPTY; a top-up/recharge is required before use.
Ticket Allocation & Tour Rules
- The exact concert section is subject to final venue configurations. Your ticket will be assigned based on your chosen zone (Standing or Seating).
- Tickets will be assigned in the order of booking completion on our system, specifically matched to your purchased ticket type from the ticket allocation KoreaTravelEasy received from the event organizer.
- While we make every effort to arrange seats or entry numbers together for guests who book under the same order, please note that consecutive seating or entry numbers cannot be guaranteed. This is because the ticket batches provided by the event organizer may not always contain enough consecutive numbers to accommodate all group bookings; in such cases, seats or entry numbers may be assigned separately.
- Specific seat row numbers and entry sequences will be disclosed only on the event day at the venue. For the tour group, tickets will be distributed on the bus upon arrival.
- Detailed ticket collection profiles, meeting layouts, and schedules will be delivered via your confirmation voucher email 2-3 days prior to the event.
- 🚨 ONE-WAY TRANSPORTATION NOTICE: Packages with shuttle include ONE-WAY transportation from Seoul to KINTEX only. There is NO return shuttle bus provided after the concert ends. All participants will dismiss freely at the venue and must arrange their own return transportation back to Seoul.

Reminders
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.
Seat number allocation follows a First Come, First Served basis within the zone among the tickets KoreaTravelEasy received based on booking time on the KoreaTravelEasy (KTE) website. AND, the specific ticket numbers will ONLY be disclosed on the event day.
- When collecting your ticket, you must bring your product purchase receipt (print or mobile page) and your valid forms of ID for Identity Verification with you. Failure to do so will result in the inability to collect your ticket, and there will be no ticket cancellation or refund for tickets not collected.
- Entry numbers will be assigned randomly and can be confirmed on the day of the performance. Cancellations or refunds based on dissatisfaction with the assigned entry number are not possible.
- For the 2-person package, both the purchaser and their companion must come together to collect the tickets. Ticket collection by proxy is not allowed. Failure to collect tickets because the two parties are not together will result in the inability to receive the tickets, and cancellation/refund on the day of the event due to non-collection is also not possible.
- Ticket collection by proxy is not allowed, and there will be no ticket cancellation or refund for tickets not collected.
- Entry is not permitted if you fail to bring your ID or fail identity verification. Ticket refunds or cancellations due to this reason are not possible. (Companion's ID will also be checked)
- You must hold one ticket per person upon entering the venue. Reissue is not possible under any circumstances, including loss, damage, or theft.
- Re-entry is not permitted after exiting the venue
- Entry may be restricted after the performance starts, and you must follow the guidance of the staff for smooth entry.
- Large bags and carriers are prohibited inside the concert venue; only small bags for simple personal belongings are allowed.
- Beverages and food are prohibited inside the venue. Hazardous materials such as bottles, fireworks, lasers, as well as pets, bouquets, and balloons, are also restricted.
- All acts that infringe on copyright are prohibited during the concert, including taking photos, videos, recording, and broadcasting voice or video (live streaming).
- Bringing any photography or recording devices (except mobile phones), chairs (including portable ones), and step stools/ladders into the venue is strictly prohibited. If caught, all recorded materials will be immediately deleted, and you will be forced to leave the venue.(Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded in the event of forced eviction.)
- Please be aware that this performance is being broadcast, and your likeness may be captured and appear in the broadcast footage. The organizer reserves the right to use the intellectual property filmed at the venue, and purchasers of this product are deemed to have consented to the above content. Please also note that your captured image may be used for promotional and publicity materials beyond the broadcast, including video, print, outdoor digital advertising, and various web/mobile channels.
- Visibility may be obstructed in certain sections due to venue facilities (railings/pillars, etc), stage facilities, or camera installations. Cancellation, exchange, or refund of the product due to sight obstruction is not possible.
- The performance time, lineup of performers, and stage design are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances of the organizer or the performers, and refunds will not be issued due to such changes.
- For a safe and pleasant viewing environment, bag checks may be conducted prior to entry. Please note that if hazardous materials or prohibited items are found, they may be confiscated, or your entry may be restricted.

The staff was extremely helpful, attentive, and kind. The busses were punctual and the staff went the extra mile to keep us as informed as possible. While not the fault of KoreaTravelEasy, the organization of the event wasn’t great, and SBS initiated a lot of unnecessary changes and requirements that caused everyone inconveniences. Even with these frustrations, everyone from Korea Travel Easy did their best to help us and make sure we enjoyed the event. (Extra thanks to everyone from Bus 05. While I didn’t catch her name, the staff member was so sweet and attentive to making sure our group was taken care of and enjoying the event despite the frustrations. She was really informative and really went the extra mile to make this event memorable. THANK YOU!! 🩷) Overall, I’ll be keeping my eye out for more events on Korea Travel Easy. The concert was amazing, great choreography, great stage design, and great music of course! Getting the concert wristband was very painful, mostly SBS’s fault, but we had to wait outside with crazy crowds and there was little organization from the event staff.
