What is an eSIM?
eSIM (embedded-SIM) is a virtual SIM Card that is embedded in a mobile device and can connect you to any operator in the world offering eSIM services.
The eSIM works the same way as a traditional SIM, but you don’t need a physical SIM card.

- iPhones purchased in Hong Kong/Macao SAR: iPhone SE2020, iPhone XS NOTE: iPhones purchased from mainland China do not support eSIM.
- Samsung Fold LTE model & Samsung Galaxy Z Flip
- Google Pixel 3 & 3XL ( Limited support ) & Google Pixel 4
- Huawei purchased outside mainland China: Huawei P40 & Huawei P40 Pro
[HOW TO ACTIVATE THE eSIM]
1.Choose your activation day & plan and purchase the eSIM
2.Receive an activation QR code via e-mail within 2days of purchasing
3.Set your phone as follow:
iPhone: Go on Settings > Cellular data > Add Data Plan > Scan QR code > Confirm
Android: Go on Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Download an eSIM > Scan QR Code
In case it cannot be used check the settings below :
- Cellular Data: Primary *any other SIM removed
- Network Selection: Manual > LG Uplus
- Voice&Data: LTE, VoLTE off
- Data Roaming Option: On

I didn’t read anywhere that the e-SIM card is only available for Samsung Galaxy 20, so I can’t use and also I can’t refund my money. That’s a scam service. Really bad.
