What is an eSIM?

eSIM (embedded-SIM) is a virtual SIM Card that is embedded in a mobile device and can connect you to any operator in the world offering eSIM services.

The eSIM works the same way as a traditional SIM, but you don’t need a physical SIM card.

[HOW TO ACTIVATE THE eSIM]

1.Choose your activation day & plan and purchase the eSIM

2.Receive an activation QR code via e-mail within 2days of purchasing

3.Set your phone as follow:

iPhone: Go on Settings > Cellular data > Add Data Plan > Scan QR code > Confirm

Android: Go on Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Download an eSIM > Scan QR Code

In case it cannot be used check the settings below :

Cellular Data: Primary *any other SIM removed
Network Selection: Manual > LG Uplus
Voice&Data: LTE, VoLTE off
Data Roaming Option: On

[IMPORTANT NOTES]

Based on how many days you need the e-SIM you can combine the different options. Example: March 1 ~ March 8 (8days) > purchase 3days + 5days.
Only devices that support eSIM with country lock-off can be used. Please check carefully your device characteristics before coming to Korea.
After registering the QR code on your device, it is counted hourly on the time it was recognized. Ex: In the case of 3 days(72 hours) eSIM, started using it at 14:00 on the 6th, and it can be used until 14:00 on the 9th.
NO REFUND POLICY after purchase. After sending the QR Code Refund is not possible.

How to book

Login and Book	After login, fill in each option; add items to the cart on the right. You can add multiple items in your cart and pay in one payment. We accept all major international credit cards and Paypal.
Check your email	You will instantly receive the order receipt by email. The confirmation voucher will be sent to you within 2 business days of booking, subject to availability. If you have not received it yet, please check your SPAM email or MY ACCOUNT on our website.
Enjoy your eSIM Card	When receiving your QR code, follow the instructions and activate your data plan.

Reminders

Please note that some phones may not support KT 4G/LTE frequency (even if your phone supports 4G in your own country), then your phone will automatically be connected to "3G"
You can use it without removing the existing SIM card.

I didn’t read anywhere that the e-SIM card is only available for Samsung Galaxy 20, so I can’t use and also I can’t refund my money. That’s a scam service. Really bad.
