1) Nami Island
Nami Island is located nearby downtown Chuncheon and is a half-moon shaped island. Take a 5-minute ferry ride (included in tour) and arrive in a beautiful and relaxing environment to see Nami Island’s beautiful tree-lined roads. Nami Island became particularly famous being the part of the film set of the famous Korean drama “Winter Sonata”.
During spring it gets cover by beautiful flowers blooming all around the island.
2) Petite France with Italian Village
Petite France with Italian Village was built with the concept of a French cultural village that consists of buildings related to the famous French novel “Le Petit Prince” (the Little Prince) by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. Petite France was also a filming location of many popular Korean dramas and variety shows such as Secret Garden, My Love from the stars and Running Man. The village has shops, cafés, restaurants where you can feel like you are in France.
3) The Garden of Morning Calm
The Garden of Morning Calm is a 30,000㎡ private garden, open year-round and is the oldest private garden in Korea. The garden was designed to be an art space with scenic walkways, beautifully manicured grass, and flower beds that connect the garden’s 20 different themed sections. At the Garden of Morning Calm, you can find about 5,000 kinds of plants and species of flowers. There are many different festivals during the year including Spring Garden Festival, Festival of Roses and Hydrangeas, Festival of Chrysanthemums and Autumnal Tints and the Lighting festival in the winter.

The tour was great, we had a nice time outside Seoul. It suitable for those who don’t want to worry about transportation but need free and relaxing time. If you are looking for the tour with guide explain and lead you to every spot, this tour is not for you. Jimmy, our guide is nice and caring. Here are some suggestion for a better service: Guide should give all information in the bus before let everyone explore the destination (Meeting time, facilities detail, etc). Giving some info about the place would be nice. Looking forward to visit Korea again!

Our guide, Alvin was great! He was funny and very informative. We were always able to reach him via LINE (he has all the messaging apps if you don’t have LINE). Our favorite place was the garden of morning calm. Many photo opportunities and they have a gift shop full of products made from their garden. Nami Island was beautiful and calming. Tour was okay. Nothing special. They basically provided transportation and a little introduction of the place when we reached Nami Island, Petite France and Garden of the moerning calm. I was expecting the tourguide to talk on the microphone while we were on our way, telling tourists important places that we passed by. However, he did not do this. It was just a transportation and hassle free entrance to the sites.

If you have followed the earlier schedule which is earlier, 7:30 am instead of 10:20am, it would be better because we can arrive in the Garden of Morning Cal, around 430pm. The weather was so cold and so it’s not wise to stay on with your revised schedule, which completed the final destination at 8pm. Personally, I think the driver was very “rough” in his driving and he drove too fast.

Regarding the schedule, it is changed for a limited time in the winter to accommodate the Winter LED light festival at the Garden of morning calm. The sun only sets at around 5:30PM in the winter and The light display starts at 6PM. It was carefully calculated to arrive at the optimum time at night time after 6PM to be able to enjoy the light festival. It would not have been possible with the summer schedule .
We appreciate you bringing this matter into our attention as this is our best resource for improving customer satisfaction.

It was carefully calculated to arrive at the optimum time at night time after 6PM to be able to enjoy the light festival. It would not have been possible with the summer schedule .
