A lot of things are already said in other comments. This was sold as a “tour” but the only thing we could participate in was the bongeunsa tour but we couldn’t hear a thing. We had to come at 11:30 am to “check in” but after that it was pretty much “do whatever you want until 4pm”.. We had to ask about the food festival and the “a little hapiness performance” never happened ?? No one spoke about it. Then we got our tickets, which were way far away than the tickets we were told we would have. I get it it changed last minute but you could have sent us an email to update. We were parked in a small area without knowing what was going on, the KTO people we saw before were nowhere to be seen and we entered the very last minute with no info. I’m not going to talk much about how people on the sidewalk had a better view than us.. This is a shame, everyone who wants it should get their money back because we lost 1 day of our trip to Korea.

The Concert was cool but it was sad that we couldn’t stand closer to the stage. We waited a long time from 4 o’clock to 6 o’clock before anything happend. Maybe you could say that The Fans should stand in line at 5.30. That time would be enough I think. We found The booth really quickly and was happy to get Tickets.

The initial meet up and later giving out tickets went very smoothly. The ticket stated a performance before the show which didn’t happen, we just ended up spending 3 and a half hours sitting/standing in the road with no staff to answer any questions. It was suggested that we would find it difficult to get in if we didn’t queue but the festival was very well organised so I don’t think this was the case. It would have been better if we had been advised that we could come back at 6.30 with wristbands on and we could still get in, even though this would have been at the back. Value for money, not sure as people standing on the pavement for free got a better view.

I would rate it quite high for the possibility to join the concert without the tour before it — I could not make it due to personal reasons. But labelling the tickets as “places very close to stage” was a false advertisment — the people from the sides of the street watching the concert for free had a far better view than I did. Knowing the tickets for the concert were free and I stood in line for 3 hours for the furthest place on a concet I had in all of my life to have a place where I barely can see the silhouettes of the arists and paying for that makes me feel like a fool

The walking tour was great but the concert was a complete let down, we queued for far too long, no organisation and when finally in couldn’t see a thing, the people that didn’t pay that stood outside had a better view. We left after 3 acts and sat outside for a better view!! Really felt ostracised as a foreigner didn’t feel welcomed at the festival. No complaints about your staff who were as helpful as they could be but the festival was a complete let down and waste of money.

Unlike what was advertised, my allocated spot was far from the stage, some of it was not even visible! We waited for hours and were the last group to be let in, stayed in the worst possible location while still theoretically seeing the concert… would have been better to simply watch the screens…

the concert was great, our guides were very nice, but the event was disorganized and they had us standing waiting for hours with no notice as to when the event would start. but overall just the tour package was good 🙂

The manager apologized for the last minute changes due to the lack of word from the organizer : the tourist office. We expected places close to the stage but it was very far. Little people didn’t see anything . It was an event for tourism but tourists were hidden far from the scene , we were so angry . A vacation day wasted for a concert seen from afar. And if we appreciated the apologies, although they tried to swallow it, we were promised places in closer areas, we never thought that we can be placed in such remote areas.
