- 50% refund: 3 business days (by 4 pm KST) before the selected date

On the whole we are very satisfied with the itinerary and services provided by the driver, Mr. Hyeongju Kang. The van is spacious and kept in decent conditions. The spots we visited are very scenic and at this time of year, and the cherry blossoms beautifully. The only regret is that it rains all the way, but I fully understand that this is not the fault of the company…:-))
