Hosted annually by Sports Seoul, the SMA honors outstanding achievements in both physical album and digital music performance across a wide range of genres. The awards are determined through a combination of music sales data, expert panel evaluations, and fan voting, ensuring that both artistic quality and public popularity are reflected in the results.

⚠️ Please Note: All tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.
Seat and queue numbers will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone, calculated directly from the exact payment completion timestamp on the KoreaTravelEasy system.
Specific ticket numbers will ONLY be disclosed on the event day at the venue.
[ About Tickets ]
- Detailed ticket collection profiles, meeting layouts, and schedules will be delivered via your confirmation voucher email 2-3 days prior to the event.
- Age Restriction: For the standing area, admission is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 15, regardless of parental accompaniment.
- Identity Verification: All participants must present a valid original physical ID (e.g., PASSPORT or Alien Registration Card - ARC) upon ticket pick-up. Photocopies or images will not be accepted.
- Tickets will be distributed on-site strictly after a complete identity and nationality check.
- Entry will be permanently denied without a valid ID or if the participant is not the rightful holder of the booking name.
- Tickets cannot be re-issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to loss, theft, or damage.
- Latecomer & No-Show Policy: Arriving later than the designated ticket distribution time will automatically be considered a no-show. In this case, your booking will be canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
[ Standing / Seating ]
- View Obstructions: Some seats or zones may partially obstruct views due to stage design, structural setups, and official broadcasting camera movements. Please note that ticket refunds, exchanges, or seat relocations will not be available on-set.
[ Venue Rules ]
- For safety reasons, food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the viewing booth, except for unopened bottled drinking water.
- Bringing professional filming equipment, large telephoto lenses, or tripods is strictly prohibited and may result in denied entry or expulsion from the venue.
- Any unauthorized photography, recording, or live streaming during the performance is strictly forbidden. Violators will have their equipment confiscated and will be escorted out immediately without a refund.
- List of Strictly Prohibited Items:
- Dangerous objects (knives, scissors, lasers, explosives, etc.)
- Food and open drinks (except unopened bottled water)
- Professional filming/recording equipment (tripods, large cameras)
- Comfort items (mats, portable chairs, ladders, large bags)

The broadcast artist lineup and appearance order are subject to sudden variation, adjustments, or cancellation without prior notice, depending on on-set production schedules and the respective entertainment agencies. KoreaTravelEasy holds no structural liability regarding sudden cast changes made per broadcast mandates.

While the overall value and ability to work with the staff was great in the venue once I got my ticket and was in the standing area, the whole experience was absolutely horrific. Between having to tell a small group od girls if they would not stop pushing, elbowing, and trying to crush me, we would have a “good and old fashioned problem and solution to it” they stopped. I was smacked in the head at least 4 times with a camera by people with massive things of equipment, and overall, kept getting so tightly packed together pulling my water bottle out was impossible leading to dehydration and nearly passing out 3 times. I do try to look at the benefits of seeing my favorite bands, but overall, Korean concert/award show attitude has to change if Kpop is to keep growing and beinf consumed by foreigners flying in and putting themselves at risk without this knowledge.

I couldn’t fault anything with the organisation of this package. Buying tickets was very easy and the follow up communication was excellent. The direction on how to get to the pick up and drop off points was clear and the bus used for transport was very comfortable. The two hosts from Korea Travel Easy were very friendly and the Awards Show itself was an amazing experience. The event went on longer than the Awards organizers had advised but our bus waited for us the extra time. I would highly recommend Korea Travel Easy as a package provider
