Since this concert is hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Korea Foundation for International Cultural Exchange (KOFICE) to attract tourism, the tickets are only distributed to those FOREIGNERS TRAVELING TO KOREA, including THE FESTIVAL DATE.
**The arrival and departure dates must be within 90 days (the maximum duration of a travel visa), and a concert date should be included in between.
This tour requires all participants’ Passport Info + Flight Tickets to prove this traveling status.

[Latecomer]
- If all side seats are taken and you arrive later than the performance start time, you won't be allowed into the concert. In such cases, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be unable to get any refund for the ticket price.

Reminders
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.
Seat number allocation follows a First Come, First Served basis within the zone among the tickets KoreaTravelEasy received based on booking time on the KoreaTravelEasy (KTE) website.
AND, the specific ticket numbers will ONLY be disclosed on the event day.

- Seat type (Floor Standing or 1F Seating) will be randomly assigned within the ticket stock KoreaTravelEasy received.
- Exact seat numbers will be disclosed only on the event day.
- If you have physical limitations or difficulty standing for long periods, please contact us in advance so we can check if a seating zone is possible.
- Tickets are only available to foreign nationals and must be picked up in person with a valid passport.
- Details for ticket pickup will be sent in the confirmation voucher email 2–3 days before the event.
- Entry will be denied without a valid passport or if the ID does not match the reservation name.
- Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances (including loss or damage).
- Late arrivals for ticket pickup will be considered a no-show.
- Tickets obtained through illegal methods will be canceled without notice.
[ Foreign Tourist Verification (IMPORTANT) ]
This concert is supported by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and KOFICE to promote Korean tourism.
- Only FOREIGNERS TRAVELING TO KOREA (including the concert date) are eligible for ticket purchase.
- Your arrival and departure dates must be within 90 days, and the concert date (June 19, Thursday) must fall within your travel period.
- After booking, you must submit your passport information and flight tickets to confirm your eligibility.
- You will receive a request for these documents after your order is placed.

- This is a packaged product joining both Tour + concert is required,
however, if you can't join the tour for personal reasons, please contact us by email at least 5 business days before.
We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by not informing us in advance.
[ Venue Rules ]
- For safe viewing, food is not allowed to be brought into the venue except for drinking water.
- This is an outdoor event; prepare for possible weather changes.
- The concert will proceed rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by organizers.
- All attendees must undergo a security check at entry.
- Entering the site may be prohibited due to tripods and large cameras, so please pay particular attention
- Advance notice of prohibited items/personal (unauthorized) photography resulting in expulsion.
- Advance notice materials will also be used as evidence for on-site actions. List of prohibited items:
- Dangerous objects such as knives, scissors, lasers, etc.
- Food items, excluding unopened bottled water
- Unauthorized filming equipment
- Mats, portable chairs, ladders
