2) Chaperone & Observation Policy
Parents or guardians (Chaperones) may observe training sessions briefly, provided they do not interfere with the curriculum. Chaperones can stay at designated university dormitories if space is available; otherwise, they must arrange private nearby accommodation. For the 8-night program, chaperones may join cultural tours but are advised to maintain distance to ensure smooth tour operation.
3) Strategic Logistics and Support
Shuttle service is provided daily for students residing in the campus dormitory. Students staying at external hotels are responsible for their own commute. Airport transfers are meticulously organized, with individual pickups from Incheon Airport based on the specific arrival time of each participant.
4) Seoul Cultural Exploration (Option B Only)
The extended 9-day program includes instructor-guided tours of Seoul’s landmark destinations. Highlights include visiting Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village in traditional Hanbok, exploring trendy districts like Seongsu and Hongdae, and an exciting day at Lotte World Adventure.
