1) Size Classification
There are a total of 2 types of services you can choose.
- Backpack or Cabin Size: Any luggage under 24 inches (Height: ~63cm)
- Cargo Size: Any luggage over 25 inches (Height: 64cm~ )
* Special items such as golf bags, skis, snowboards, bicycle bags, and surfboards cannot be stored.
2) Pick-up/ Drop-off counter
- Terminal 1: Meeting Point inside Exit 14 on the 3F
- Terminal 2: Inside Exit 9/10 on the 3F, Luggage claim area in front of the J/K counters
3) How to use
1. Select the desired date and time.
2. Check your mobile voucher or the voucher sent via email.
※ The voucher will be sent after confirming your reservation.
3. Visit the place on your booked date, tell your name, and leave your luggage.
※ Please bring the printed voucher with you while dropping off your luggage.
4. Pick up your luggage at the same place according to the purchase option schedule.
※ If you purchase a 1-day rental based on the date, you can pick it up anytime during business hours the next day.

🛅 Luggage Storage Process
1️⃣ Drop-off
- Arrive at the meeting point at your reserved time.
- Staff will arrive within 5 minutes. If no staff is present, send your info via the provided [Contact Link]
- Leave your luggage and receive a baggage tag.
- Luggage will be stored 10 minutes away from the airport. (Short-term storage remains at the airport.)
2️⃣ Pick-up
- Your luggage will be delivered to the meeting point 1-2 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
- Staff will be there to assist you. If no staff is present, contact us via [Contact Link]
- To change your pick-up time or terminal, contact us by 6 PM (KST) the day before.
- Same-day pick-up changes are NOT allowed.

We used this service and it was pretty straight forward. It was at the #25 counter on the third floor near the N check-in counters at the far left side of Incheon airport international airport terminal 1, when viewing the front of the airport. It required a 2 day prior reservation and the hours were like 4:30 or 4:45 am to 9 or 10pm for opening hours. We paid $23 to store two 21” bags and 1 backpack for a day. We retrieved our luggage easily at the appointed pick-up window time with our claim ticket. I would use the service again.

Relatively easy to use, but if you have a late flight they are not flexible about collection times. The lady I dropped the luggage to was really unfriendly. Also it’s at gate N so make sure you know what side of Feb airport you are on.

Dissatisfied. I was unable to reach anyone by phone or WhatsApp the morning of my flight. Tried calling the number listed on the email but just a recording that was only spoken in Korean. Messaged a few times via WhatsApp but got no response. So I lost my money and ended up going with a different company instead. The lack of communication ruined it all and I don’t recommend any company that is not available to help their customers in a timely manner. If the service is available at 4:30 am then there should be a Live person to speak with.
