• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.
  Seat number allocation follows a First Come-First Served basis, based on booking time on the KoreaTravelEasy (KTE) website.
  AND, the specific ticket numbers will ONLY be disclosed on the event day.

  • This product is only for FOREIGNERS.
  • Details of ticket distribution will be provided in the confirmation voucher email 2-3 days before the event day
  • This ticket is for foreigners only and  requires participants' ID  (PASSPORT OR ARC)
  • Tickets will be distributed at the event after checking ID.
  • Tickets cannot be re-issued under any circumstances(including but not limited to loss and damage).
  • After the performance starts, you will not be able to re-enter the venue. Please gather at the award venue early and wait. · 
  • It will be considered a no-show if you are late retrieving your ticket.
  • If it is confirmed that the ticket was pre-purchased by an illegal method, the pre-purchase will be forcibly canceled.

  • Seat will be provided randomly but guarantee will be at R seat area.
  • Once the performance starts it will not be possible for you to leave the venue.

  • Confiscation of items at the venue is difficult; therefore, entrance is absolutely prohibited with prohibited items. Advance notice of this rule is requested.
