The 2024 Dream Concert will take place at Goyang Stadium(Gyeonggi-do).

Since this concert is hosted by the Korea Tourism Organization to attract tourism, the tickets are only distributed to those FOREIGNERS TRAVELING KOREA INCLUDED THE FESTIVAL DATE.
**The arrival date and departure date must be under 90 days (travel visa maximum duration) and a concert date should be included in between.

Dream Concert is hosted by the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) and the Korea Entertainment Producers Association (KEPA).
Dream Concert is an annual K-pop concert that has been held in South Korea since 1995. It is a large-scale event that brings together popular K-pop groups and solo artists to perform for their fans. Dream Concert is known for its impressive lineup of performers, with some of the biggest names in K-pop taking the stage. The concert is also notable for its unique stage design and impressive production values, making it a must-see event for K-pop fans.

Seat number allocation follows a First Come, First Served basis within the zone among the tickets KoreaTravelEasy received based on booking time on the KoreaTravelEasy (KTE) website.

** If all side seats are taken and you arrive later than the performance start time, you won't be allowed into the concert. In such cases, it will be considered a no-show and will be unable to get any refund for the ticket price.

[General Ticket Information]
- Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable:
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.
- Seat Allocation:

Tickets are limited and distributed based on the time of purchase. If tickets are sold out by the time of your purchase, a full refund will be provided immediately.
- Identification Required:
Tickets will be distributed at the event after ID verification. Entry will be denied without a valid ID or if the ID does not match the ticket holder.

- Ticket Re-issue:
Tickets cannot be re-issued under any circumstances, including loss or damage.
- Fraudulent Purchases:
If a purchase is confirmed to be made through illegal methods, it will be forcibly cancelled.
[Ticket Types and Rules]

Op1 VIP Red Carpet Tickets
- Eligibility:
Available only for foreigners who can be travelers or those staying in Korea.
- Distribution Deadline:
Ticket distribution stops sharply at 14:00. No tickets (both VIP ticket & Red Carpet Admission )will be issued after this time, and late arrivals will be considered no-shows with no refund available.
- Event Protocol:
Entry to the red carpet must be accompanied by on-site staff. Movement within the red carpet area is not permitted. After the event, follow on-site guidance to enter the venue.
- Red Carpet Timing:
Subject to change; any changes will be notified in advance.

Op2 Random Seating Tickets
- Eligibility:
Available only for foreigners traveling in Korea, including the festival date.
- Late Entry:
No entry after the performance starts at 16:30. Late arrivals will be considered no-shows with no refund for the ticket price.
[Seating Arrangement]
- VIP Seating: Closer to the stage.
- Op2 Random Seating: Behind the VIP area.
- Seat Plan Confirmation: The specific areas for KoreaTravelEasy tickets are NOT YET confirmed.
[Venue Rules]
- Food and Drink: Only unopened bottled water (500ml) is allowed. No other food or drinks permitted.
- Prohibited Items: Tripods and large cameras may result in denied entry. Confiscation of items is not possible; entry with prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
- Personal Photography: Unauthorized personal photography may result in expulsion. This rule will be strictly enforced, and evidence will be used for on-site actions.
- List of Prohibited Items: Includes dangerous objects (knives, scissors, lasers), food items (except water), unauthorized filming equipment, mats, portable chairs, and ladders.
[Artist Line-Up]
- Change Notice: The line-up of artists is subject to change without prior notice, depending on the artists and their respective entertainment agencies.
