We had a suburb day with our guide Philip! The weather was a bit unpredictable so we went with the flow and focus our attention on what we really wanted to see, do and get done (we needed to get some souvenirs, including Koop items out of the way). Not only was our guide flexible, very welcoming, but also extremely helpful. And besides speaking great English (bc he’s been loving his job for over 20 years), he goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy every moment of your tour. And on top of that, he carried all my shopping bags during shopping and escorted me and my son to the hotel lobby. Talk about outstanding service you can’t get anywhere else in the world! For those of you traveling to South Korea, make sure to book here! Not only do I highly recommend it, I’ll also book with them again (in fact, I have another private tour with his colleague Jason tomorrow for DMZ).

the driver was very good, the car was clean. I would like to have water for long trips in the car. unfortunately, the car in Seoul was not needed, everything can be done on foot and faster on the subway. I will no longer book a transfer for the Seoul tour. in 10 hours we used the car for only 2 hours, the rest of the time the driver was waiting for us.

We had Taylor again as our guide and driver, and again he was very prompt and helpful. We went to the village, the palace and myeongdong area. Each place we stopped he helped us get around and provided background. He also diligently answered our questions. For lunch, we asked for a Korean barbecue place and we were not disappointed. Bit expensive, but very good. We opted to skip Seoul tower, as the kids were quite tired, and Taylor adjusted and just dropped us off at the hotel. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide/driver , James, spoke English very well so that it was very easy to communicate with him. He was a great guide, very knowledgeable and told the stories in a way which made it more interesting. He was patient and made everyone feel comfortable. He was also a great photographer, often taking candid shots of our group and immediately sharing it with us. Although we had a set itinerary, James was very flexible with any changes and even better, made suggestions. We did the hanbok experience, walked only a part of Gyeongbokgung(due to time constraints), ate at a local restaurant in Insadong recommended by James and did a quick stop at Bukchon Hanok Village followed by delicious coffee and dessert at The Coffee Prince Coffee Shop (recommended by James). Restaurant and cafe were great! Feeling tired from the activities, our group opted to skip Namsam tower and walked Hongdae Street instead. There was a minor mishap on the way back to the hotel. Our van had struck a bus from behind. No one was hurt, thankfully. James was very apologetic and kept offering to take us to the hospital if needed. Of course, we assured him that we were all fine. Later, I was contacted by Amy of KoreaTravelEasy. She had emailed, called and messaged me , wanting to make sure that we were fine… fabulous customer service! We were impressed with KoreaTravelEasy and highly recommend them to anyone.

We did a second day trip, with Jasmine. Similar to day 1, we had a great time and jasmine helped make sure we could visit the places and k drama filming locations we want, and the food we wanted to eat, in the day. Our wishlist was rather long! Jasmine was helpful and helped recommend a good cosy restaurant for our lunch, and helped us take plenty of memorable family photos together. Have rated this 4-Star as the vehicle was somewhat cramped for our group of six pax. But the smooth proceedings of the day trip made up for it!

Our guide Jasmine was great and took effort to accommodate our customized one day trip. A number of places we picked were filming locations which are not the usual tourist spots. We had quite a number of places we wanted to visit and Jasmine made sure we get to see what we wanted and try the foods we wanted. She made sure we were not disappointed and was helpful throughout. She also gave suggestions to a few good locations for lunch. Only thing is that the vehicle was somewhat cramped for our group of six pax but the smooth proceedings and us being able to see places we want, made up for it. Hence I’ve rated this 4 stars

Thank you KoreaTravelEasy, Travelling in Seoul for the first timer can be quite hard to do. Luckly we found KoreaTravelEasy at their website. From the first day pickup at the hotel it is a very easy process. Mr. Jang our driver, is very kind and knows places. Also he could communicate with english language properly. The communication by e-mail with the administrator is also very helpful & flexible. we did find a services that is right to our needs. Each place we stopped he helped us get around and provided background. He also diligently answered our questions. For lunch, we asked for a Korean barbecue place and we were not disappointed. Bit expensive, but very good. We opted to skip Seoul tower, as the kids were quite tired, and Taylor adjusted and just dropped us off at the hotel. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide/driver , James, spoke English very well so that it was very easy to communicate with him. He was a great guide, very knowledgeable and told the stories in a way which made it more interesting. He was patient and made everyone feel comfortable. He was also a great photographer, often taking candid shots of our group and immediately sharing it with us. Although we had a set itinerary, James was very flexible with any changes and even better, made suggestions. We did the hanbok experience, walked only a part of Gyeongbokgung(due to time constraints), ate at a local restaurant in Insadong recommended by James and did a quick stop at Bukchon Hanok Village followed by delicious coffee and dessert at The Coffee Prince Coffee Shop (recommended by James). Restaurant and cafe were great! Feeling tired from the activities, our group opted to skip Namsam tower and walked Hongdae Street instead. There was a minor mishap on the way back to the hotel. Our van had struck a bus from behind. No one was hurt, thankfully. James was very apologetic and kept offering to take us to the hospital if needed. Of course, we assured him that we were all fine. Later, I was contacted by Amy of KoreaTravelEasy. She had emailed, called and messaged me , wanting to make sure that we were fine… fabulous customer service! We were impressed with KoreaTravelEasy and highly recommend them to anyone.

We did a second day trip, with Jasmine. Similar to day 1, we had a great time and jasmine helped make sure we could visit the places and k drama filming locations we want, and the food we wanted to eat, in the day. Our wishlist was rather long! Jasmine was helpful and helped recommend a good cosy restaurant for our lunch, and helped us take plenty of memorable family photos together. Have rated this 4-Star as the vehicle was somewhat cramped for our group of six pax. But the smooth proceedings of the day trip made up for it!

Our guide Jasmine was great and took effort to accommodate our customized one day trip. A number of places we picked were filming locations which are not the usual tourist spots. We had quite a number of places we wanted to visit and Jasmine made sure we get to see what we wanted and try the foods we wanted. She made sure we were not disappointed and was helpful throughout. She also gave suggestions to a few good locations for lunch. Only thing is that the vehicle was somewhat cramped for our group of six pax but the smooth proceedings and us being able to see places we want, made up for it. Hence I’ve rated this 4 stars

Thank you KoreaTravelEasy, Travelling in Seoul for the first timer can be quite hard to do. Luckly we found KoreaTravelEasy at their website. From the first day pickup at the hotel it is a very easy process. Mr. Jang our driver, is very kind and knows places. Also he could communicate with english language properly. The communication by e-mail with the administrator is also very helpful & flexible. we did find a services that is right to our needs. We are very happy and glad we are using KoreaTravelEasy and we endup using again on the other days and also using a transport back to the Icheon airport.
