The tour was well organized! The staff was great, they were all friendly and prepared, and their English was good. The seats at the concert were a bit far, but still good everything considered. It was all really fun! I just wished we would’ve gotten another snack on the way back to Seoul, and that we were able to seat with friends despite buying the tickets at different times. Overall, I would recommend it to others people.

The tour was fun, though a little messy. There was sometimes a lack of communication as the tour guide had to speak in English and Mandarin and sometimes crucial information was left out, which sometimes made it difficult to figure out what we had to do. In any case, the overall package was exactly what we needed so I’m glad.

If I could give them 3.5 stars I would, however I believe that four stars is suitable. I enjoyed my time with KTE. I was very pleased with my tour guide, who spent time and money in preparing for our four hour trip to be less painful and blissful. The only downside of this tour was that my group only had time to view Gwangju for about an hour. Which means, if I did have the wifi and I have eaten my meal very quickly- I could’ve ventured tot he 5.18 memorial park that I wanted to go to. All in all, I had a good time and I would like to use KTE for any future experiences while I am studying abroad in Korea.

The staff members were extremely nice and made the trip very enjoyable. Sadly, we did not visit the penguin village but the trip was still worthwhile. On the way to Gwangju we had time to chat, participate in little games and the staff members gave us snacks and drinks. They also explained the regulations and everything else concerning the concert very well. I would definitely do this again if I had the chance. Thank you

Our tour guide was very good and it was a fun experience. I wished we left a little bit closer to the time we were supposed to leave but because we were waiting for people that couldnt make it, we had to miss penguin village. We spent a good amount of time at the shopping area but i feel like it wasn’t enough. Anyways, overall, great concert experience.

The organization was pretty bad. We were supposed to stop at two locations according to the itinerary but we had only one stop and just 15 minutes to look around before we had to get to the bus again and get to the concert location 1 hour and half earlier than we were supposed to. The guide could barely speak English and she seemed to be very confused. She couldn`t properly explain the plan and guide us. I would prefer to buy the ticket and travel to Gwangju on my own than this. I do not plan to ever use your service again after this experience. It was very unprofessional.

The tour planned to visit 2 places but bus could not move in the places due to traffic for lots of bus (around 30,000 people were Gwangju on that day), and one more thing, if the bus do not reach early at the concert stadium by 4~ 4:30pm, it could not park inside the stadium. so we informed to guide to explain to customers. If the guide could not explain well, we really sorry about that. We will check with the guide and we will make sure not to happen the inconvenience again. Although We tried our best to handle 15 bus carefully, we really apology if you felt inconvenience. Thanks for your valuable feedback and we will keep improve. While on paper, the trip looked like it was going to be a lot slow parts with the long trip from Seoul to Gwangju, the staff and tour guides made the trip very fun and well paced. The bus trip there wasn’t taxing, and pretty fun, and being able to share the concert with a new friend I just met that day, it was a great trip. Seeing some of my favorite artist, all in one concert, was an amazing experience I will never forget, and It’s all thanks to the amazing people who work at Korea Travel Easy.

The tour was overally a very good experience. Our tour guide, Laila, was very warm, nice, and helping. They handed out BTS goods with quizes which made the ride so exciting, but had to skip the Penguin village because we were sort of pressed for time. The concert was great and we had really good seats! Our tourist guide was also really nice, she was open to questions and was very sweet with all of us. The only sad thing was that we didn’t get to visit Penguin Village because of the large influx of tourists. Our guide was really apologetic about it, but it was understandable.

The staff members were extremely nice and made the trip very enjoyable. Sadly, we did not visit the penguin village but the trip was still worthwhile. On the way to Gwangju we had time to chat, participate in little games and the staff members gave us snacks and drinks. They also explained the regulations and everything else concerning the concert very well. I would definitely do this again if I had the chance. Thank you

Our tour guide was very good and it was a fun experience. I wished we left a little bit closer to the time we were supposed to leave but because we were waiting for people that couldnt make it, we had to miss penguin village. We spent a good amount of time at the shopping area but i feel like it wasn’t enough. Anyways, overall, great concert experience.

Thank you Korea Travel Easy for being organized and fun! My sister and I had a lovely time. There were some small hiccups, but that is to be expected when handling so many international people. We loved how our tour guide played games with us and was very clear on what was needed to be done for everything to run smoothly. Our tour guide “James” gets 5 stars for putting up with our group.

The organization was pretty bad. We were supposed to stop at two locations according to the itinerary but we had only one stop and just 15 minutes to look around before we had to get to the bus again and get to the concert location 1 hour and half earlier than we were supposed to. The guide could barely speak English and she seemed to be very confused. She couldn`t properly explain the plan and guide us. I would prefer to buy the ticket and travel to Gwangju on my own than this. I do not plan to ever use your service again after this experience. It was very unprofessional.

First of all, we are so sorry to hear about this. The tour planned to visit 2 places but bus could not move in the places due to traffic for lots of bus (around 30,000 people were Gwangju on that day), and one more thing, if the bus do not reach early at the concert stadium by 4~ 4:30pm, it could not park inside the stadium. so we informed to guide to explain to customers. If the guide could not explain well, we really sorry about that. We will check with the guide and we will make sure not to happen the inconvenience again. Although We tried our best to handle 15 bus carefully, we really apology if you felt inconvenience. Thanks for your valuable feedback and we will keep improve. While on paper, the trip looked like it was going to be a lot slow parts with the long trip from Seoul to Gwangju, the staff and tour guides made the trip very fun and well paced. The bus trip there wasn’t taxing, and pretty fun, and being able to share the concert with a new friend I just met that day, it was a great trip. Seeing some of my favorite artist, all in one concert, was an amazing experience I will never forget, and It’s all thanks to the amazing people who work at Korea Travel Easy.

The tour was overally a very good experience. Our tour guide, Laila, was very warm, nice, and helping. They handed out BTS goods with quizes which made the ride so exciting, but had to skip the Penguin village because we were sort of pressed for time. The concert was unforgettable, and the ride back was very useful. I will try KoreaTravelEasy again for sure.

The concert was great and we had really good seats! Our tourist guide was also really nice, she was open to questions and was very sweet with all of us. The only sad thing was that we didn’t get to visit Penguin Village because of the large influx of tourists. Our guide was really apologetic about it, but it was understandable.
