  • Only you can join in the event when you purchase a product when use dates between October 1st and November 30th.
  • Only the products listed below are eligible for the event.
  • Please ensure you will be in JEJU and can join the concert on October 28th.
  • Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis determined by the time of applying on the KoreaTravelEasy (KTE) website.
  • This ticket is for foreigners only and requires participants’ ID (PASSPORT) with KoreaTravelEasy booking confirmation voucher when you redeem K-pop concert ticket 
  • After applying the ticket, the related travel product’s usage date cannot be changed or refunded.

Tickets will be disturbed randomly by the host, Korea Tourism Organization, according to your application to KoreaTravelEasy.

  • Address:
    Jeju World Cup Stadium, 33 World Cup-ro, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do (914 Beophwan-dong)
  • Public Transportation
    1. Jeju Airport → Airport Limousine No. 600 or Express No. 182 → Get off at Seogwipo Bus Terminal stop
    2. City bus No. 202, 510, 531, 633, 645 →Get off at Jeju World Cup Stadium bus stop

[ Ticket and Event Information ] 

  • This admission ticket is for foreigners travelling in Korea and using KoreaTravelEasy (KTE) travel products from October 1st to November 30th.
  • Tickets will be distributed at the event after checking ID.; please bring your identification document (passport) and confirmation voucher (travel product)
  • All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.
  • Concert will not be broadcast or live-streamed on YouTube.
  • Concert starts at 18:00 PM on October 28th.
  • Concert admission starts at 16:00 p.m.
  • Admission waiting line will start at 15:00 p.m.
  • Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis based on the order date of our website.
  • Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands.
  • Ticket exchange will open at 10:00 am on the 28th
  • For floor seats, ticket exchange will be at the W-seat ticket booth, and for stands, it will be at the N-seat ticket booth.

Entry and Venue Information:
  • You cannot enter in case of damage or loss of the wristbands.
  • You cannot enter with your companion dog.
  • Drinks or food are not allowed except for bottled water.
  • Bag inspection will be carried out upon entry.
  • Storage facilities will not be in operation. Don’t carry valuables, vulnerable goods, or weapons.
  • Large cameras and drones are prohibited.
  • Filming of the entire concert is prohibited.
  • In the case of disputes or interference with the concert, you may be removed from the concert stadium immediately.
  • In the case of an emergency, please follow the guidance of the staff.

 

Additional Information:
  • Artists’ line-up may change without notice, subject to the artists and their entertainment agency.
  • Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances (including loss and damage).
  • After the performance starts, you will not be able to re-enter the venue. Please gather at the award venue early and wait.
  • If it is confirmed that the ticket was pre-purchased by an illegal method, the pre-purchase will be forcibly cancelled.
