Reminders

• You can take pictures and video with the phone, simple camera BUT CAN NOT USE PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT(broadcasting equipment) and Live streaming. (If you disrupt others’ view with a tripod or a large camera, you could be restricted by the staff.
• The ticket number and zone are given randomly. The number printed in your ticket will determine the order you will enter to the stadium. Ex: If you have a ticket “Zone A, No. 30” means you will be the person no. 30 to enter the stadium for zone A. 
• The seat will be arranged by first order (purchase) first serve basis
• Outside the concert venue, people should line up according to their Zone and number printed on their ticket. People will enter the stadium according to the number printed on their ticket. 
• Singers and performers are subject to change without notice depending on the schedule of the operator and performer.
• After the payment, you should pick up your ticket at the KoreaTravelEasy office (Jung-gu, Da-dong, Cheonggyecheon-ro, 40, 8F) within the 27th or 28th from 1pm to 6pm (ticket distribution is only these days). When you pick up your ticket please bring your confirmation voucher + passport or alien registration card or copy of passport or ID card issued by your country. Please bring it with you. If there is no such document, ticket exchange is not possible.
• If you lost or damaged your ticket, it is your fault. The ticket will not be reissued and you cannot enter the concert without a ticket.
• After the concert starts, you could be not permitted to re-enter.
• For safety and security, any food and drink except water may be prohibited in the concert venue.
