[Latecomer]
- If all side seats are taken and you arrive later than the performance start time, you won't be allowed into the concert. In such cases, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be unable to get any refund for the ticket price.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.
Seat number allocation follows a First Come, First Served basis within the zone among the tickets KoreaTravelEasy received based on booking time on the KoreaTravelEasy (KTE) website.
AND, the specific ticket numbers will ONLY be disclosed on the event day.
[ About Tickets ]
- This product is only for FOREIGNERS and requires a valid Passport or Alien Registration Card (ARC) for ticket collection.
- The confirmation voucher email will include details of ticket distribution 1-2 days before the event day.
- Entry will not be allowed without a valid ID or if the attendee is not the rightful ID holder.
- Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or damage.
- Late arrivals after the performance begins may not be allowed entry. Please arrive early and wait at the venue.
- Failure to retrieve your ticket on time will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

- Seats will be provided randomly, but the guarantee will be the VVIP Seating Ticket for May 31st
- Some seats may partially obstruct views due to stage design, structures, and cameras.
Please note that ticket refunds or exchanges will not be available on the day of the performance due to restricted views.
- Once the performance starts, it will not be possible for you to leave the venue.
[ Venue Rules ]
- Food and beverages (except unopened bottled water) are not allowed inside the viewing area for safety.
- Prohibited items include dangerous objects (e.g., knives, scissors, lasers), unauthorized filming equipment (e.g., tripods, large cameras), mats, portable chairs, and ladders.
- Entry will be denied if you bring prohibited items, as confiscation at the venue is impossible.
- Unauthorized personal photography or filming may result in expulsion.
- Advance notice materials regarding prohibited items and actions will serve as evidence for on-site enforcement.
