How to book

Reminders

[ Luggage Specifications ]

  • Each luggage cannot exceed 30kg.
  • The value of each luggage cannot exceed 500,000 KRW / around $500 USD

[ Delivery Restrictions ]

  • Cash, credit card, passport, ID card, and expensive items cannot be delivered.
  • Fragile items that can easily deteriorate cannot be delivered.
  • Delivery of medicines and chemicals may be rejected.
  • Electronics like Tablet PCs and laptops may not be eligible for delivery.
  • Special items such as golf bags, instruments, and artwork may incur additional charges or might be rejected for delivery.

[ Compensation & Liability ]

  • The compensation limit for damage/loss of luggage is around $500 USD. However, the compensation amount is based on the price of the bag itself, not the goods inside.
  • For Airbnb/house users: Luggage left in the storage location for several hours is not eligible for compensation if lost. (Actual cases of loss are zero.)

[ Delivery Arrangements ]

  • If using accommodation without a front desk, customers must contact the centre in advance to arrange the meeting place (e.g., in front of the door).
  • Departure(from airport) deliveries after 16:00 from the airport are not possible. Next-day delivery is available, but refunds for missed same-day delivery are prohibited.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund: 3 days (by 17:00  pm KST) before the selected date.
  • No refund: After 17:00 pm KST 3 days before the selected date.

    I used the service to deliver luggage to my hotel; the process was very seamless. Of note: if you land at terminal 2, you will need to take a bus to get to terminal 1
