Reminders

• Minimum number of people (40 people) If not satisfied, the performance will be cancelled and the full refund. 
• Vouchers and tickets are only available on the date and time of your experience date.
• Over International age 8 years old can available(accompany with parents).
• Seats are assigned on a first-come,first-served basis, so you cannot designate the seats in advance. 
• You cannot purchase it the same day you want to experience it.
• If you have a ticket, you can enter and exit without restriction during the operating hours of the day.
• If the minimum number of people is insufficient, we will inform you and refund you one week after your experience date.
• Smoking is prohibited in the concert hall.
• Cancellation or refund due to absence or delay on the day of the experience is impossible.
