How do I meet the driver at the airport or my Ski resort/pick-up place?
The driver will be holding a picket sign with KoreaTravelEasy logo and your name on it. Please double check your terminal number.
- Meet at the airport: At the arrival gate
- Meet at your Ski resort/place: At the main door of the Ski resort or your place at the designated time
- If you cannot find or meet the driver, you can contact them with the contact number in the voucher we sent.

Reminders
- Please make sure that the pickup time and the number of passengers are correct on the confirmation For security reasons, adult and children must each occupy their own seat.
- A driver is only able to converse in basic English.
- Please make sure to check that the car will fit all the luggage you bring with the number of passengers. Please contact us if you have any doubts.
- Please double check your terminal number for both airport pickup and dropoff at the airport.
- Please make sure that you input the correct flight numbers. Depending on your pick-up location, we recommend that you arrive at the airport 2~2.5 hours before the flight time.
- Please note that you choose "late night service price"– late night pick up: when Flight Arrival Time or Pickup Time from Your Hotel is between 10:30 PM ~5:00 AM.
