You will instantly receive the order receipt by email. The confirmation voucher will be sent to you within 2 business days of booking, subject to availability. If you have not received it yet, please check your SPAM email or MY ACCOUNT on our website.
Enjoy your activity When redeeming your activity, print out or show the confirmation voucher email from your mobile device.

 

Reminders

    • All ages are applicable at the same price.
    • Accompanying persons other than the reserved participant are not allowed to attend.
    • Please arrive 10 minutes before the consultation. (Consultation time will be deducted for late arrivals after the scheduled time)
    • No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
    • Please visit the studio without makeup and bring a makeup pouch. (If you have makeup on, it can be removed on-site)
    • Same-day booking is not available (a minimum of 3-day in booking is required)
    • Reservations can be closed early. When the reservation is closed, we will send you an email request to change it, so please check it.
    • If the reservation change is not adjusted, the reservation may be canceled

Cancellation Policy

    • 100% refund: 6 business days (by 17:00 pm KST) before the selected date
    • No refund: After 17:00 pm KST 5 business days before the selected date or No show
