Reminders
[ General Information and Requirements ]
1. This class is a global experience. The instructor teaches in Korean, but there's an English simultaneous interpreter to assist you.
2. Vouchers are valid only for the specified date and time.
3. Please arrive punctually. No refunds will be given if you miss the class due to being late.
4. Wear pants and shoes suitable for dancing (No heels or slippers).
5. Children under 10 years old are welcome. However, mastering all the movements in one session can be challenging. Regardless, partial refunds for incomplete participation are not available.
6. This experience is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with weak backs, heart conditions, or other serious health issues.
[ Booking and Cancellations ]
7. The class might be cancelled if it doesn't meet the minimum number of participants (under 5 pax). We will notify you in advance via email in such cases.
8. If a class is cancelled due to the operator's circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund. We will inform you via email 7 days before the experience date. Please ensure you check your email.
[ Content and Deliverables ]
9. Even in the basic course, a limited amount of unedited images and photos will be provided via email.
10. The standard course includes 30 seconds of edited video and photographs, delivered via email.
11. Post-production on photos, videos, and music videos requires time. Delivery time may vary based on your chosen package.
12. For private class options, song selections will be emailed after the reservation is confirmed. Please reach out to info@kpopcentral.co.kr.

13. There is one instructor per class session.
