[ How to get the ticket ]

Details of ticket distribution will be provided in the confirmation voucher email 2-3 days before the event day.
Ticket pickup will only be available between 15:00 pm ~ 18:00 pm on the Concert day.
Early pickup (before 15:00 pm) OR Late pickup (after 18:00 pm) is NOT acceptable.

Tickets will be distributed at the event after checking ID.
Tickets cannot be re-issued under any circumstances(including but not limited to lost, stolen and damaged).
After the performance starts, you will not be able to re-enter the venue. Please gather at the award venue early and wait. ·
It will be considered a no-show if you are late retrieving your ticket.
If it is confirmed that the ticket was pre-purchased by an illegal method, the pre-purchase will be forcibly cancelled.
A security check is required to proceed; the staff will check your personal belongings.
For safe viewing, food is not allowed to be brought into the viewing booth except for drinking water.
Entering the site may be prohibited due to tripods and large cameras, so please pay particular attention.
This performance will be broadcast live so that some seats may be blocked due to the camera used for shooting. We appreciate your understanding.
