The whole package was amazing and the tour guide Amber/성경 really cared about making sure everybody had a great time on the trip. She was extremely knowledgeable about Incheon Chinatown/Fairy Tale Village and told some Korean fairy tales I never heard before. It was a really authentic experience. She organized rides and food at Wolmido and got us in to the INK concert easily. The concert was amazing and I saw my favorite group Mamamoo! Loved the whole day

This was definitely worth to go as they provided everything for you. Transportation. Foods. Tour. And the concert. Our TOUR GUIDE was exceptionally amazing regardless of how stressful we are. I’m thankful for Amber for being our guide and i hope we can go on tour again when we come back to Korea. ❤️

The tour itself was great, our tour guide was very friendly and also very patient. The only problem was that some people in our group didn’t stick to the arranged times and were late, which meant we had less time at all the stops and the whole trip was mostly stressful because of it. I would recommend for the next tours to just not wait for the people who are late, as their tardiness has a negative impact on the whole group and the whole tour.

(I was on bus 4 tour 1 – china town and fairytale village and Wolmido) First, I want to praise our guide Amber (English name), she was so nice and welcoming. She really wanted our trip to be amazing, and she even found my friend and I, when we were lost after the concert and brought us to the bus with the others. Even though our guide was great, I have some recommendations for future trips like these. Since it is a long day, I would have liked more time to get food and go to the toilet. For example when we arrived at the concert many of us needed to use the bathroom after a long day, but suddenly “the manager” showed up and started yelling and told us and our guide we had to go inside now! Which wasn’t very nice. So for future reference time more time to satisfy basic needs such as bathroom and food/water would be nice – and locations to do so. Lastly, since we were many vegetarians on the bus it would have been nice to have options in terms of the food vouchers you provided. Maybe next time you can provide a voucher with a certain amount of money on it, and then we can choose whatever we want within that price limit.

I really liked the tour and our guide was very kind and patient. I myself struggled with my phone battery, because there was no way to charge my phone, because my cable did not fit in the USB charging place in the bus. So maybe write in your emails that everyone needs to bring either and external charging device or a fitting cable. Other than that I was very satisfied with everything! ☺️ Oh and maybe offer a vegetarian snack! That would be really great!

Amber/Seong Kyong was a great tour guide for Incheon Chinatown, Fairy Tale Land, Wolmido and the INK concert! She was extremely knowledgeable and took a personal interest in making sure everybody in the large group had fun.

My tour guide 박희근 was wonderful- he had a very hard job, it was his first time and for some reason they sent him to care for 35 people by himself- I do not support that idea. Also he was kind enough to fetch me this morning when I was late- but I blame this tour agency for choosing such a poor meeting point- when you go in the station you can see exits 1-14 but 15 is so hidden it is easy to miss. Again I want to repeat- this group was great, the concert was disorganized- it was hard to find my seat and for some reason my whole group had their seats taken by photographers- it was strange to have to fight for a seat at the concert. My tour guide was great but the management did a poor job planning out this day
