At the Airport (Arrival)

Proceed to the arrival gate (after customs).
The driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with your sign.

At Your Hotel / Pick-up Place (Departure)

Meet the driver at the main entrance of your hotel or building.

How to book

Login and Book	After login, fill in each option; add items to the cart on the right. You can add multiple items in your cart and pay in one payment. We accept all major international credit cards and Paypal
Check your email	You will instantly receive the order receipt by email. The confirmation voucher will be sent to you within 2 business days of booking, subject to availability. If you have not received it yet, please check your SPAM email or MY ACCOUNT on our website.
Enjoy your activity	When redeeming your activity, print out or show the confirmation voucher email from your mobile device.

Reminders

General Information

If your destination is outside Seoul, please contact KoreaTravelEasy for a price quote before booking.
For transfers between 22:00 PM and 05:00 AM, please select the Night Service option.
Please check that the pickup time, number of passengers, and flight number on your booking confirmation are correct.
Depending on your pickup location, scheduling your transfer to Gimpo Airport 2.5–3 hours before your flight is recommended.

Airport Pickup Service

Arrival and Meeting Procedure

The driver monitors your live flight status through the airport system.
After landing, please collect your luggage and proceed directly to the arrival hall. International-arrival passengers should proceed to the arrival hall after clearing customs.
The driver will wait at the arrival gate holding a KoreaTravelEasy sign or a sign with your name.
If baggage claim, customs, or another unexpected issue takes longer than usual, please contact the driver and explain the situation.

Extended Waiting
Extended waiting beyond the standard grace period may incur additional charges. Please contact the driver immediately if an unexpected delay occurs.

Travel Time to Gimpo Airport
From central Seoul, the transfer to Gimpo Airport usually takes approximately 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Please plan your pickup time accordingly.

100% refund: 5 business days (by 5 pm KST) before the selected date
50% refund: 2 business days (by 5 pm KST) before the selected date
