Please inform us if you will be bringing along a baby stroller or wheelchair.
Children under 3 years old are free of charge, but in-car seats, admission tickets, meals, etc will not be provided.
If children under 3 years old want to join the ski/snowboard, please check with the tour guide on the spot to see if the minimum size equipment fits. If possible, they can pay on the spot.

Reminders

Please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance. There is no waiting time; if you are late to the meeting point, it will be considered as a No-Show.
Lunch and dinner Meals are NOT included in this tour.
The itinerary is subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions on the tour date.
This tour can be cancelled if it doesn't reach the minimum number of participants.
The company does not need to be responsible or refunded if there is a temporary safety inspection, closure of the scenic spot or the attractions are not operating due to unforeseen reasons..
Generally, the itinerary will not be affected on rainy days, and the tour will still run on rainy and snowing days unless the government issues a warning. In case of natural disasters or the government issues a warning, the departure date can be changed for free, or a full refund can be made.
All the itineraries of the company do not include personal travel insurance. KoreaTravelEasy is not responsible for any injury, damage or loss during the tour.

Snowboarding options DO NOT include a lesson.
The smallest children's ski boot size is 17 cm.
The smallest children's snowboard boot size is 21 cm.
Free infants and non-skiers(People without wearing ski clothing and gear) need to wait outside the venue.
Vivaldi Ski Resort might deny access to those not wearing proper winter clothes and equipment.
Rooms will be shared and arranged by gender giving priority to families.
Accommodation arrangement: Daemyung SONO Belle Resort - Tower B Family Room: 2-3 people, Suite Room: 4-6 people
The rooms will be arranged according to the hotel arrangement, and no changes can be made on the tour day.
A coach will handle around 15 to 17 customers. -The schedule is adjusted according to the local conditions.
December 23, 24, 30, 31, and February 8, 9, 10, 11 are special dates, so the room condition might not be guaranteed. If there is any problem, we will contact you individually.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund: 19 business days (by 17:00 pm KST) before the selected date
50% refund: 12 ~ 18 business days (by 17:00 pm KST) before the selected date
No refund: After 17:00 pm KST 12 business days before the selected date or No show

If you need to change the time/date/location after booking, due to the exchange rate and the supply cost of accommodation on different dates, a difference between the original price will be charged.

No changes can be made within 3 days of departure
If you need to cancel or change the appointment content, please contact us by email during working hours.
When cancelling or changing an application after 18:00 on weekdays or weekends/public holidays, It will be processed sequentially on the next working day.
