⚠️ General Notice

- Entry may be temporarily restricted during peak times for safety and crowd control.
- Facility usage and operating conditions may change depending on on-site circumstances.
- We and Club D Oasis are not responsible for issues arising from resale or purchases made through unauthorized sellers.

🛁 Spa & Bathhouse Rules

- Cheongsudang (Outdoor Spa) bathing is allowed only when wearing a swimsuit or rash guard.
- When wearing jjimjilbang clothes, only foot bathing is permitted.
- Regular clothing (e.g., cotton T-shirts, shorts) is not allowed in spa or bathing areas.
- According to public sanitation regulations, children aged 4 years (48 months) and older are not allowed to enter opposite-gender bathhouses or changing rooms.
- Guests who are intoxicated, have contagious diseases, or may pose a safety risk may be denied entry.
- Entry may be restricted for guests with excessive tattoos that could cause discomfort to others. Please follow staff guidance.

🌊 Water Park Rules & Safety

- A hat must be worn at all times in the water park (swim caps, baseball caps, or headscarves).
- Aqua shoes are mandatory.

  Prohibited footwear: Crocs, sneakers, sandals, slippers, flip-flops, etc.
- Only swimwear materials (swimsuits, rash guards, water sportswear) are allowed.
- Everyday clothing is not permitted in water areas.
- Swimsuits are sold at the Aqua Shop (5F). No rental service available.
- Children under 10 years old and elderly guests must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Life jackets are required in the wave pool, and mandatory for all guests under 120 cm.
- Infants under 3 years old must wear waterproof diapers or infant swimwear.
- Diving, running, and unsafe behavior are prohibited due to slip and injury risks.
- Guests with medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, epilepsy, pregnancy, skin disease) are advised not to participate in water activities.

🚫 Prohibited Items

- Outside food and alcoholic beverages
- Glass products, mats, large water play equipment (over 1 m)
- Snorkels, fins, diver masks, inflatable arm aids
- Pets, strollers, wagons, carts, or wheeled devices
- Other items deemed unsafe or unhygienic by staff

※ Infant food or food required for medical or dietary reasons may be allowed.
Please check with the staff in advance.

🔐 Personal Belongings

- Please store valuables in designated lockers or valuables storage.
- We are not responsible for loss or theft of items not properly stored.
- A 25,000 KRW fee will be charged for lost locker keys.
- Lost items are stored for up to 7 days and may be discarded afterward.
- Sunbeds are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis.
